QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In a perfect world there should be sanctity of life always. But since we do not live with perfection, I could, in bipartisan fashion, agree to it prior to a detection of a heart beat. But I would most certainly prefer adoption!
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I think that with the enormous growth in the size of government over the last decade plus, that their needs to be a large downsizing of many departments. Perhaps the elimination of a few with limited necessity, and more efficient coordination and implementation of things such as road construction. Due to difficulties with the Covid 19 infection we are possibily looking at vastly different ways to accomplish the states most important function ie; education of our children.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Did not answer
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state means to me that there should be no preferred religion in our country. Government stays out of the affairs of church and churches stay out of the affairs of government.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Neutral
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would work at promoting opening up the coverage to carriers from out of state first of all. This exercise in capitalism allows competition on a large scale which generally reduces prices and results in choice, which I believe is essential for a healthy system.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I believe that there does need to be revisions to immigration legislation. But I also believe that relatives of current citizens, if they are of good moral character definitely should be allowed the chance to immigrate. I also believe that thorough background checks should be mandatory! No one should be allowed to immigrate to our great country who would work to denigrate and overthrow our form of government. Traditionally the US has been the bastion of freedom looked at longingly by peoples of most other countries. We need to retain that ideal while overhauling our immigration codes and still be a light for freedom!
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Neutral
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian who believes very strongly that everything I do on a daily basis should reflect my beliefs. Hence, truth and justice are what I practice every day. Respect for all my fellow men and women is inherent in how I live each day. I have opened my home regularly to those in need. I have been blessed in this life in America so I see it as my moral duty to help those who need a helping hand to rise above their situations and prosper
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Though I do have college in my background, the much greater qualifications I possess includes my personal and professional experiences of life. I worked for almost 30 years for a school district and while there I began in private business practices. I have owned an all ages billiard parlor, bought, renovated, opened and resold a restaurant. Currently we own and run a small construction company. I am fiscally conservative and I believe that my credit score confirms that. I persevere for unique solutions that are out of the box to make things work. When people say that can't be done I say "watch me".
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Neutral
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I believe very strongly in the 2nd amendment. That said, laws to protect public safety should be minimal, simply because they historically don't work! Someone who is determined to take others lives will find a way to do so regardless if they have the "legal" right to own a gun.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Agree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
First on my list of priorities is restoring rights to parents over their childrens lives. Parents should be the primary decision makers for all of their childrens needs. Second is the need to protect property rights. Many laws need to be eliminated and common sense legislation instituted to simplify and reduce the cost of housing to construct. This speaks directly to the affordability of housing in every state! Third is the need for voter ID laws.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Any issues of racism are extremely sad and it unfortunately still exists. However I feel the recent developments have a political motivation. Sadly we have to be extremely careful to not let the rioting get any more out of control! That then would become a security threat to the US.
