Only in the cases of rape and incest, that can be verified with evidence. This would help to protect the mental health of the victim. Also, the rapist or person who committed the incest (male or female), should have no rights to legal custody, if the woman so chooses to have the baby.

Consolidate the military budget and get rid of useless spending. Only spend what money we have while investing more in stocks and the market. Also making sure to get better trade deals.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Under no circumstances whatsoever. If you agree to a loan and the terms and conditions for that loan, the responsibility is the person's alone. FAFSA makes sure to give you all relevant information and documents before any dollar is dispersed. If you agreed to it, you pay it back. It is your responsibility, not anyone elses. Make better choices next time.

It means that the federal government should not regulate or pass any legislation pertaining to religion. Our country was not founded using Christian values, and our Founding Fathers did not use or practice their religion while holding public offices. You should separate yourself and your religion when authoring, sponsoring, endorsing, or voting for any legislation. All religion should only be held in private, while being a public servant. You should not impose your religious beliefs upon anyone else.

I believe in a Creator. I am unsure about the Bible. I believe that we have the freedom of religion, protected by the 1st Amendment. But, it needs to quit being used as an excuse to impede on GOD GIVEN rights of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Denying a child the possiblity of a loving home, because people are homosexual or lesbian, impedes on God's given rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Our God given rights, supercede the Bill of Rights. It also should be noted that the 1st Amendment, nor the Bible, give anyone the right to violate anyone's God Given or Constitutional rights, nor does it say that you should try and force your believes onto anyone else. You have the right to those religious beliefs, not the right to allow them to take away any God given or Constitutional Rights. I value love, friendship, marriage, knowledge, education, life, and the Constitution.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
I have been convicted of aggravated assault. Incident occurred in 2016, conviction was January 8, 2020. I was given 6 months county time (Lawrence County), and 4.5 years probation. Probation started July 7, 2018 and I have not had any violations. Myself and my cousin were being jumped by 8+ people. 2 or more people were stabbed by myself and my cousin. I have never been convicted of any sexual crimes. This felony is only my second ever charge
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am simply me. I cannot change who I am. Just because I put on a business suit, doesn't mean I am a business man. I am not doing this for money, power or control, but because I believe it to be my civic duty. I am not a Democrat nor am I a Republican. I am more of a Constitutionalist and believe that our government would be ran better if more Constitutionally sound. We cannot legislate humanity or morality, and that is up to the individual itself. I believe everyone in our current Congress, save the newcomers, have been there long enough and done nothing but damage. The constant circus show and inability to compromise when necessary has done nothing but hurt the people. Our Representatives no longer under society nor what the people really want. They want to keep their power, tax free money, and control. They only care about the people during election time. It is time we send a message and do what we can to take our country back. I believe I could do a great job, if given the chance.

That depends on the state. The federal government's legislation of firearms is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. Yet, the 10th Amendment allows states to decide that, and that is how it should be.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. End prohibition of marijuana, making sure to decriminalize it, and grandfather anyone in local, state, or federal prisons. 2. Ending the ACA and providing more federal money to states to expand Medicaid instead 3. Putting more pressure on Veterans Affairs, which would require them to make sure a veteran is seen by a primary care or specialty clinic, no later than 21 days. From the time a recommendation to the specialty clinic is made, to their first initial appointment, the VA would have no more than 21 days to accomplish this.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
That depends. Racism is a problem within our country, but it is not as prevalent as it used to be. With the over usage of the word, racism seems to be everything and anything people do not agree with or like. While racism can be a threat to certain individuals (myself, I'm Latino), it is not something that tends to happen daily. Racism should be combated, but it is not something to be considered an extreme threat. Racism, in words or opinion, should be left alone as it is protected speech, but any racist actions should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
