OTHER INFORMATION
QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Potentially if the mother's life is at risk.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Neutral
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Special interest, massive pork attached to just about every bill ever passed,
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Neutral
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state is exactly what it was intended to mean under the first amendment "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." Therefore, it means that in this country we have the right to freedom of religion. Free from the state directing us otherwise.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Neutral
iVoterGuide Notes:
After the survey deadline, the candidate asked iVoterGuide to publish this response: "It is the responsibility of the government to ensure there is a fair and equitable avenue for businesses to compete in making affordable health insurance available."
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
By ensuring private enterprise can compete fairly across state lines and by creating competition in the market thus driving cost down.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those with skills, education or money or those that promise to ensure those attributes are fulfilled with in a specific period of time. We can not afford the welfare state created by unskilled immigrants. The land of opportunity should not be the land of free handouts.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I was a Naval Officer and Navy Pilot for 20 years. I understand service and leadership. I understand that holding office isn't about me, its about the people and the community needs. I also have multiple engineering degrees and understand many of the technical and challenging issues of modern society such as environmental concerns. Many politicians have little technical knowledge but legislate as if they do, resulting in bloated government and ambiguous and expensive tax potlicies.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The U.S.A. is the only country in the world that ensures people regardless of race, color or creed have equal opportunities. Additionally, our due process justice system is the more fair in the world our equality laws both state and federal are the most comprehensive in the world.
iVoterGuide Notes:
After the survey deadline, the candidate asked iVoterGuide to publish this response: "The U.S.A. is the only country in the world that ensures people regardless of race, color or creed have equal opportunities. Additionally, our due process justice system is created with the premise that you are innocent until proven guilty. Although there are injustices that occur and are dealt with through the legal system appropriately, there is no data that indicates the United States is systemically racist. The biggest threat to our domestic security is the destabilization of justice through divisive false narratives that promote a teardown of the system that was designed to ensure all men are created equal and are given equal representation under the law."
