QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Those who have paid Social Security taxes during their working career must be guaranteed their benefits. They should also be entitled to supplementing their income through work if they choose to do so; therefore, Congress should repeal Social Security's Windfall Elimination Provision and the Government Pension Offset. More importantly, future generations should be allowed to voluntarily privatize a portion of their social security funds (say 10 to 15%) to invest in zero fee index ETFs. Lastly, it is necessary to have a robust, growing economy so that the large U.S. Millennial and Generation Z population can support their own retirement as well as the retiring wave of baby boomers.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Too many subjects to list, but a good first start is the elimination or consolidation of several cabinet level agencies. Baseline budgets need to be reduced and many programs eliminated, such as funding for Planned Parenthood.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Taxpayers should never bear the cost of paying off any student loans. If there is any student loan forgiveness, it must be funded by the educational institutions that failed to prepare their students for society.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Everyone is free to practice and believe as they wish while government is restricted from establishing any denomination as a national religion.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Congress should repeal Obamacare and its costly regulations of age-based community ratings, actuarial value mandates and essential health benefits. Congress should then enact meaningful reforms to allow individuals to purchase health insurance across state lines, expand Health Savings Accounts and make health care plans more flexible and portable to cover a wide range of personal situations. I also favor removing certain business and payment practice safe harbor protections under the Federal anti-kickback statute to promote better competition between health care vendors and group purchasing organizations.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Maintain a strong military capable of striking anywhere on the globe. Monitor social media sites outside of the United States for any radicalizing influence. Take the fight to terrorists in their own territory before they strike within the US. Coordinate efforts with friendly foreign governments to identify and eradicate threats.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
A new set of policies must be developed for immigration laws. Arbitrary quotas, a wide range of visas and a diversity lottery do not put our interests first. We should prioritize legal immigration so that highly skilled entrepreneurs can enter. It is they who will help grow our economy through innovative research and new businesses. A guest worker plan for agricultural workers and others doing low-skill jobs should have no bearing on citizenship and these workers should not receive federal benefits.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a strong christian conservative and believe that my faith provides a moral compass from which to base my public policy positions.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a strong Christian conservative who will fight for the rights and interests of my district over the cronyism of establishment leaders.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Gun ownership is a right. Better efforts are needed to address the root cause of gun violence, which is the current state of our society's values.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Disagree
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1) To restrain federal spending, a balanced budget amendment is needed as well as reforms to the 1974 Congressional Budget Act. 2) The federal judiciary needs to be reigned in by first breaking up the Ninth Circuit and eliminating the ability of federal district judges to issue national injunctions. 3) There needs to be a further strengthening of religious freedom laws, as well as immigration laws which is highlighted in more detail in the next question.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The United States has had a history of racism that has affected domestic tranquility, but much progress has been made over the past fifty years. The biggest threats to domestic security are currently the socialist attacks on economic opportunity for all Americans and the threat from foreign terrorists striking within our borders.
