ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
In my first 100 days in office, I will introduce legislation through my District 70 Economic Opportunity Plan featuring agricultural enhancements to the livestock permit benefits that provide more flexibility in inter-county transportation costs for agricultural waste disposal for our farmers, Michigan truckers, excavation, and construction workers who can take advantage of these industry-considerate provisions that put money back in the pockets of our Montcalm/Gratiot family, friends & neighbors! I will sponsor Bills featuring tax abatements for our manufacturing, machining, and too
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My name is Arturo Puckerin and I’m the most qualified and able to be your District 70 State Representative; because I’m ready to hit the ground running in introducing Bills that ease the COVID-19 Pandemic’s socio-economic impact on Montcalm/Gratiot County infrastructure; particularly our manufacturing sector, small business owners, tool & die workers, and our current generation of high school graduates! I have an MPA, a Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice, a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and EJD legal education; along with 8 years experience in Economic Development, Mental Health, and Community Services, in Executive Director roles.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I will sponsor Bills featuring tax abatements for our manufacturing, machining, and tool & die premier employer industries to remain in our District, as enhancements to the Michigan Small Business Relief Program through the leveraging of partnerships with the Michigan Economic Development Corp. as critical components of my Plan; with substance abuse recovery and childcare affordability human services options as feature components of the workforce development component of the Plan! Steps that I would take to work with our County Commission to better balance our budget involve strategic and department-level sound consensus revenue forecasting; in particular consideration of incorporating novel CARES Act funding options that could address personnel budget increases for public services like law enforcement and waste water removal/management services in our District, without raising taxes!
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
While this is more of a cultural, historical and institutional issue in the Southeastern United States, domestic security is not compromised by racism in the 2020 USA; because we have made so many outstanding advancements from where we are in accordance with the 14th Amendment, and have yet to move backwards in a manner that undermines national security.
