QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Did not answer
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Agree
When is a person a person? Isn't killing people a bad thing?
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Choose not to answer
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Agree
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
The market should set minimum wage, not the government. When wages are artificially raised, businesses pass the cost on through higher prices. This creates a cycle, workers pay more for the goods and services they produce, so they never get ahead.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
They are the foundation of our society. Without them, we have no liberty or freedom.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1 Require strict proof of eligibility for all benefits — no more self-attestation or unverified website logins. 2 Impose harsh penalties for individuals and companies committing fraud. 3 Stop electing politicians who buy votes with endless “free” programs and promises.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
There is no such language in the Constitution. Read Thomas Jefferson’s 1802 letter to the Danbury Baptists. , which coined the phrase "wall of separation between church and state." Historically, Jefferson intended to protect religious institutions and churches from government intervention, not to banish religious values from the public square. It was written to reassure a Connecticut Baptist association that the federal government would never interfere with religious practice.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
Whether business practices should be entirely up to the business or regulated by the government is a central debate in modern economics and political philosophy. If a business does not provide a service in a manner the public wants, the business goes out of business. No shirt, no shoes, no service style. If you do not like the practices of a business, you do not have to shop or get services from them!
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C, as long as the government can refrain from destroying the private healthcare system.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
As a former Intelligence Analyst, I see the CCP as the most sophisticated and capable adversary we face. Through aggressive military modernization, cyber espionage, theft of intellectual property, and economic coercion, the CCP is working to erode American superiority, technological edge, and global economic leadership. We must remain vigilant and resolute. Protecting our intellectual property, military, economic strength, and the U.S. status as the world's currency is essential to our security
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, the relationship is vital. Israel is America's closest and most reliable democratic ally in a volatile region. We must maintain strong ties so Israel can defend itself against aggression and existential threats. As the world's strongest nation, we aid friends in need. A vocal minority wrongly paint Israel as the aggressor, but the truth is broader: Western values and nations face attacks from destructive non-Western ideologies. Standing with Israel upholds shared security and principles.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
The United States should welcome immigrants of good character regardless of their national origin, but only if they completely assimilate, shed their previous national allegiances, and adopt a singular loyalty to America. "There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism... a hyphenated American is not an American at all... The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin... would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities." Theodore Roosevelt Truth
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Agree
We spend over $17,619 per student on average in our country. Yet we have some of the lowest standards and test scores of all the industrialized nations. The start of the decline can be traced back to the creation of the of the Dep of Ed. States and municipalities should have the funds and say in their education systems.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Parents should be the deciding factor in the lives of their children in all aspects. The government and education system should not have the ability to sway, influence, or otherwise hide such information from the parents. Including school curriculum. 100% transparency is the only acceptable choice.
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Neutral
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Neutral
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Christian. I believe Jesus lived, was crucified, and rose again to atone for our sins, and the promise of eternal life through him.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
People should need a photo ID to vote. I must show ID to buy beer or cigarettes, open a bank account, or even shovel snow in New York—yet not to cast a ballot? I’ve traveled the world, and every country requires proof of citizenship to vote. Voting is our most important right and should be exercised intentionally by informed citizens. An educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Disagree
I support a clean, sustainable environment. But if man-made climate change is truly an existential global threat, why does the definition of the crisis and the proposed solutions keep changing every few years? We should base policy on consistent science, sound engineering, and the broader good — not on the fear of the day. Knee-jerk political action often does more harm than good to both people and the planet.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
While fossil fuels are reliable, nuclear offers the best long-term combination of reliability, low fuel costs, and minimal environmental impact. Solar and wind are intermittent and weather-dependent, making them less dependable and more expensive whe
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
I believe in a government of the people, by the people, for the people. Lately, it feels like we have a government that serves itself, often ignoring what the people actually want. As your State Representative. I will listen to the residents, not tell them what they need. I will fight to reduce regulatory burden, restore water access for farmers, and make government responsive again to families, veterans, and small businesses. It’s time to put the people back in charge.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
After peacefully questioning a local official, I was cited for disorderly conduct. When I refused to plead guilty, the charge was elevated to a felony by a partisan prosecutor who saw an opportunity to try and make an example of his Political opponents. My conviction is currently on appeal, and I am actively pursuing appropriate ethical and legal remedies.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
Safety for all, remove the bad actors so the rest of us can live in peace and safety. Stop catch and release, and stop treating the criminals as victims.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
This is everyones resposibiity. The government should be in line with parents without question on this.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Second Amendment’s command, the right to keep and bear arms, “shall not be infringed,” is not optional. Without it, the First Amendment’s protections for speech, religion, and assembly cant be guaranteed. The Founders included the Second Amendment so people could defend themselves & resist government tyranny if it became necessary. History has repeatedly shown what happens when citizens are disarmed. I will stand firmly for the original meaning and full protection of the Second Amendment.
