Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
NONE.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Opposed to the state of Colorado's Gender Rights Program allowing for the supplying of parental planning/health services to adolescents the age of 12-years or older. To include sex related drugs and medications without parental notification, consultation, and consent.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

As a Colorado Registered Investment Advisor I DO NOT RECOMMEND investing in corporations that utilize ESG as a basis for their investment portfolios and/or internal personnel policies.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
NONE. During the 2020 LOCK DOWN, I was one of the first people to testify before local government and its enforcement of the COVID19 LOCKDOWN POLICIES.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Jack Phillips is a case in point. Mr. Phillips is routinely harassed by the LGBTQA+ community simply because he is engaging in commerce. The Colorado Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court have held that ANY BUSINESS THAT ENGAGES IN COMMERCE must VIOLATE THEIR MORAL VALUES and succumb to the requests of the customer. A CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT PHILOSOPHY. No business owner should be compelled by any governmental entity to comply with a policy that violates their moral or religious values.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
NONE . Opposed to Universal Health Care (Socialism). Opposed to Medicaid for Illegal Immigrants. Obama Care is nothing less than UNAFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE. Medicare is a DEFINED BENEFIT PROGRAM. However, government has turned it into an ENTITLEMENT PROGRAM. Medicare is FRAUGH with WASTE, FRAUD, and INEFFICIENCY.

i strongly oppose the administration of any NON-ESSENTIAL, NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT or MEDICATIONS without the consent and approval of the parent, and as a condition of employment by any governmental agency.

Illegal Immigration is nothing less than a CRIMINAL ACT in violation of Title 18. Anyone who enters the United States without permission is violating the TERRITORIAL SOVEREIGNTY of the United States and is committing a criminal act.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

I support states providing the same PER-PUPIL state funding afforded to government schools to parents for Home Schooling, Charter Schools, Private Schools, and Public Schools. Taxes are already collected in the form of mil levies and as such parents who DO NOT UTILIZE GOVERNMENT EDUCATION are subject to DOUBLE TAXATION.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

The LEFT has hijacked language. Parental Rights has been a mainstay for the right. However, now the left has usurped the Tag Line. I fully support Parental Rights with EXCEPTIONS. For example, Pedophiles, the LBGTQA+ Community, those who engage in incest, and child abusers support Parental Rights. So too do those who support gender reassignment. After all, five-year-olds aren't driving themselves to Drag Queen Story Hour or Strip Clubs.

RACISM in any form should not be tolerated within the United States, Regardless of race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or religion. We are a majority system that recognizes and affords rights to the minority. However, that does not grant to any minority exclusive rights to engage in racism or reverse discrimination.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

CRT takes its root to the Frankfurt School in 1932. It has been used by Marxists and Communists to promote the destruction of the nuclear family and take over by the state.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

C. Over the years, I have routinely testified against the Left's Green New Deal and Project 2030 programs. Colorado is the 5th largest producer of Oil and Natural Gas in the United States. It provides jobs and income to some 30,000 workers, and services to over some 300,000 Coloradans. More than 200+ businesses of all sizes benefit. However, the left continues to fight for the shuttering of over 1400 wells.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
NATURAL GAS and NUCLEAR POWER in the order. Natural gas is in abundant supply in the United States. It is clean energy and is reliable. Nuclear Power takes years to build out. Requires strict security. The downside is the Half-Life and Disposal.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
NONE. If our Founding Father's had intended that there be restrictions, they would have been included in the 2nd Amendment. The SCOTUS has made it clear. Braun, Heller, and now the Southern District of California has ruled that California's AWB is "UNCONSTITUTIONAL." (Miller v. Bonta) Now in Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (September 2023). (Former member of the NRA, and member of the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners: RMGO).
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
93% of Mass Shootings have taken place in Gun Free Zones. The 14th Amendment guarantees that every Human Being has the Right to Life, Liberty, and Property. The 2nd Amendment is the fundamental mechanism to insure the defense of one's life, liberty, and property. Properly trained professionals (such as the FASTER Program) should be permitted to defend themselves and their students.
