QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save the life of the mother, rape, incest

iVoterGuide Notes:

After the candidate survey deadline the candidate notified iVoterGuide that the intended answer to this survey question should have been ‘To save the life of the mother’.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Guarantee continued current benefits/ program to all who wish- but consider means testing. People like Warren Buffet and Bill Gates should not collect benefits if there is not adequate money for working people. Also allow young people the elective option of choosing to have their own independent retirement plan. Social Security is not owned by the people who paid in but is controlled by politicians who are crooked and corrupt.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Eliminate needless agencies like the Commerce Department that subsidize large multinational corporations. Work to restore dismantling of Washington based control of American life and return power and control back to states and localities. Set up a modern version of the concept of the Grace Comission with the goal of poiicy that will see National income rise faster than Federal debt obligations.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

This matter can be addressed when the multi billion dollar tax exempt endowments of the educational institutions (who are running up the loan debt through egregious and unsustainable tuition hikes) have been depleted through paying off these loans first.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

This is contained in a letter that Thomas Jefferson wrote to a group of churchgoers in the early 1800’s.it is absurd to attempt to remove an existing display of the Ten Commandments because some radicals object to it.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

There are 50 states. Each state should be allowed to design its own health care plan. ObamaCare/ACA is a one size fits all bureaucratic Washington based solution that fails to accomplish its goals as stated. It is better to apply principles of federalism and to give each state the flexibility to design its own plan. The plan that best provides coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all could be chosen from among competing alternatives. Minnesota, for instance, had coverage for pre-existing conditions before ObamaCare/ACA. ACA in effect abolished the Minnesota plan with a Washington based solution that contained needlessly costly mandates and regulations which made insurance difficult for many to afford. It is also important to note the fact that coverage does not necessarily translate to care. Insurance companies and Medical Assistance/Medicaid often deny patients medications and treatments they need.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Be Honest about it

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Disagree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We should continue as the world’s most generous nation to accept immigrants. Policy emphasis should shift however to merit based immigration in order to strengthen our nation through immigration policy.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

No Answer

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Christian.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

My donations to candidates and causes that I support. I once served as a stand in for Sen. Rod Grams when he could not make debates/forums. Have an active Facebook and web page with positions.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I stand for restoring the principles and values that made America great and want to take our country back from the professional political elites. I am self made, believe in what I am doing, and want to see that the American dream will live for future generations.- for ALL Americans.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment speaks for itself. . ‘Red Flag” laws cannot be allowed a means to achieve surreptitious gun control that cannot be achieved through open and honest debate.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Members of Congress current;y live like a privileged elite exempt from laws that apply to average citizens. Eliminate the Congressional pension. Apply all laws equally to members of Congress and the American people. Eliminate the special perks that members of Congress receive. Apply term limits to restore the concept of citizen legislators. 2. Eliminate all taxpayer subsidies to Planned Parenthood. 3. Dismantle Washington based control of American life and return power back to states, localities, and the people.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism by definition is the unequal treatment of people based on skin color/external appearance alone. This state of affairs is unacceptable and indeed Ultimately is a threat to domestic security.
