QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

With regards to punitive measures that involve the taking of life, liberty or property from individual citizens as punishment for taking part in the act of human abortion, no such action of government can ever be effective in the abolition of that practice. Therefore this question is unreasonably worded. To ask under what circumstances the law should allow such a practice is tantamount to suggesting that the law is an instrument that could conceivably be used to prevent, reduce or deter the practice. No such evidence exists. Human abortion will be abolished, but not by punitive measures of law.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I wouldn't, since this is not a proper role of government.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

To some degree, all of it.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

When they themselves were the borrowers.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Neutral

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

No Answer

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Matters of state are not the business of the church. Matters of faith are not the business of the state.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I wouldn't. Healthcare "coverage" is a term used to promote the sale of health insurance, not what is needed, health care. Instead of providing health insurance, or health "coverage" I would promote health care by allowing individuals to deduct the amount they spend on their own health care, or that they voluntarily contribute to pay for the health care of others, directly from the amount that government at any level attempts to confiscate from them in the form of income taxation, which is inherently theft.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Neutral

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Ending the aggressive foreign policy that sends American forces into the nations that are home to Islamic peoples would be the most effective step toward eradicating the threat of radical Islamic terrorism. Our present policy of using military force to shape the politics of the Muslim world have proven ineffective and have in fact only worked to increase the threat of radical Islamic terrorism by creating an atmosphere of death, violence and hate that have created far more of a threat than they have eliminated by provoking the otherwise peaceful populations of those countries into seeking revenge for our own aggression in their countries.

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Disagree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Neutral

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Neutral

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Disagree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Human beings who seek to better themselves and their new home nation, and who pledge to honor the life, liberty, and property of their fellow residents.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Neutral

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead and on the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, one holy Church, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

No Answer

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I hereby publicly state that the political spectrum that attempts to measure political thought, opinion, and action based on a right/left, conservative/liberal scale is a false paradigm that I reject outright. A more accurate and correct political spectrum would place Absolute totalitarian government on one far end of itself and Absolute anarchy without government on the other.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I believe representatives in a republic such as ours hold a sacred public trust, and in order to honor that trust they must temper every decision they make on behalf of the people they represent with one simple but foremost principle. Love Thy Neighbor. This I pledge to do.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Neutral

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Government infringements on the ownership, possession, or bearing of any arms are, on their very face, violations of Amendment II of the U.S. Constitution.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Neutral

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Agree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

A balanced budget amendment to the U.S. Constitution that also repeals the Federal Reserve Act. Repeal of the War Powers Resolution to re-assert the constitutionally exclusive role of the United States Congress, as the only branch of government which can make war under any circumstances. Repeal of Amendment XVI of the U.S. Constitution which authorized income theft, which is surpassed only by the practice of human slavery with regards to all-out assaults against the liberty of Americans. I have very little interest in new legislation. I want to repeal bad legislation that already exists.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

It is when it results in actions that deny the life, liberty or property of our people.
