The US Constitution outline the roles of the Federal Government. The 9th and 10th amendment specifically state that what is not listed as a Federal government role, should go to the States. If there is a federal expenditure, that is not listed in the US Constitution, that expenditure should be pushed to the States.

Bankruptcy is specifically mentioned in the US Constitution article 1, section 8, however, Congress took this right away from student loan recipients. Congress should restore the constitutional right to bankruptcy.

#1) Insider trading for congressmen and senators is currently possible through the STOCK Act. Congress can use the STOCK act to have plausible deniability to insider trading, due to the STOCK act allowing the use of a QBT (Qualified Blind Trust). Amend the STOCK act, so that Congress cannot own individual stocks. Congress must sell individual stocks between election day and swearing in, or they cannot become members of Congress. #2 National conceal and carry reciprocity, so that a gun owner (with a conceal and carry permit or license) can freely travel to all neighboring states. #3 Eliminate Warrant-less search and seizure
