Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
There is a need for emergency surgery when a pregnancy is not viable. Under these medical conditions babies will die and this situation can kill the mother. When the baby's life cannot be saved through medical services or by surgical procedures and will result in fetal demise the mother's life still must be saved. Down Syndrome, Acephaly, Microcephaly, chromosomal defects and deformed limbs do not fit into this situation of non-viable pregnancies. These children can be born alive, and there are parents who will love them and there are agencies that can find good homes for these children.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

I want to cut spending that contributes to duplication of services that are identified in our state government. I also want to look for waste and fraud. I think the federal government can save money by sending education block grants to the states and close the Education Department.

I believe in preserving the Nuclear family. I believe in the rule of law according to the U.S. Constitution. The U. S. Constitution and the Electoral College must be preserved as they are today.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have had over six administrative positions supervising approximately 170 people. Many of my positions included managing 2 million dollar budgets. I retired after 27 years of federal public service in five states and in Washington D. C. I have a full understanding what it means to serve the public.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
I have not.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
There is a growing cloud over America’s future. More violence is spreading in places that once were peaceful. More name calling occurs instead of people sitting down to resolve differences. More citizens are being murdered in the name of peace, while organized groups are targeting law enforcement officers. I am asking our community to resist adopting these divisive tactics that are pulling whole cities apart. These disruptive actions are based on the ideology of “Them verses Us.” Their focus is on the premise that there actually are different types of human beings. The truth is We are Just Alike. Every life is precious! We do not have to take sides against one another, and we can choose civility. I choose civility. I choose peace for our communities. BECAUSE WE ARE JUST ALIKE. In question #11: The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military - the best way to maintain peace is by Christ centered national prayers, negotiations and a very strong military.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
There is a problem that is visible across our country today. A few separatist groups are trying to cause a greater divide between Americans. I do not believe it is as bad as the mainstream media wants America to think it is. There is no other place I rather live. No single group is the cause of current racial problems. There is white on black crime, and there is black on white crime. The sooner the mainstream media starts sharing the whole story the sooner this issue will start to be resolved.
