QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Medical, Incest, Rape

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Choose not to answer

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

We should only be getting taxed a fraction of what we are right now, our government is purposefully wasteful and corrupt with our money.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Most of it, I don’t even think legislators should be allowed to pull a paycheck without being forced to balance the budget first.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never. In fact every Governor that unconstitutionally chose to close them during lockdowns should be impeached from office.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C only because it would be unfair to cut it at this point for the elderly etc….although we still need major reform. The real issue should be why Big Pharma jacks up the price for everything making it near unaffordable in the first place.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never. The government has no right to force any substance into someone’s body against their will.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

A good start would be stopping our corrupt government from giving them weapons and holding officials responsible for what the hell just happened in Afghanistan. This is also why we need to vet immigration harder.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We have guidelines already set up for green card holders, the issue is that criminals, rapists, gang members, and child traffickers are just walking across our unsecured border, all the while receiving benefits and welfare pushed out by corrupt politicians meant to entice them to enter illegally. We have to change that ASAP.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Agree

The government has no right to demand churches marry people against their religion and views, but the government is more than welcome to set up contract marriages through justices of the peace etc on their own.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Teaching kids to hate themselves and their history is not only morally wrong, but not the job of a State Employee.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Former Catholic, spiritual, non-denominational follower of Christ.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

You need a picture ID to validate every single transaction in this country…I can’t even think of a reason to not ask for it to vote that doesn’t imply some sort of intended fraud or manipulation.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

We need to return to paper ballots, with hand counting under public observation, and forensic audits on demand when any kind of “glitch” occurs. Both major parties have admitted these electronic machines are hackable, the only argument seems to be whether they care if their side won or not.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I’m pretty sure the media is to blame for stirring racial issues on purpose in this country more than anything else.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

You can’t force people that didn’t do anything to pay other people who didn’t live through something. That’s just insane.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

It’s one thing to stop a company from dumping toxic waste into the river, it’s another to demand everyone switch over to electric vehicles even though they’re not actually environmentally friendly, are made with child slave labor, and there’s absolutely no infrastructure in place to support them anyway. While I believe we need to get on companies more for knowingly putting poison and toxins in our food…I’m against these controversial and often petty environmental laws that are interrupting people’s daily lives and businesses. There’s clearly a financial motivation for these latest rounds of laws….and that should never be a thing.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The government is supposed to set down the foundation for basic societal rules and protections, while dealing with federal issues like maintaining a military and enacting treaties etc. I am against all foreign aid, income tax, and the prosecution and fining of victimless crimes like seatbelt laws etc.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

As a Libertarian I am fiscally conservative and socially liberal…I do not care what consenting adults do unless it starts infringing on my own individual liberties or the rights and safety of minors. I believe in small, limited government that stays out of our lives for the most part.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I think the first thing we have to do beside secure our elections, is to defund all the illicit ways our elected officials make money off their positions. I believe we should ban corporations, unions, PACS, and lobbyists from being to donate to and thus control our elected officials. Let’s see who wants this job when they can’t come out millionaires of a public servant’s salary.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

Currently in Nevada it’s set up so that there is no actual recourse to punish an officer no matter how egregious the activity. Naturally, our pro-criminal 4 time arrested attorney general is in no rush to close that loophole. It needs to be removed if they have no intentions of applying it correctly.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Neutral

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Other than banning convicted violent felons which is already a thing? None.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Agree
