OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Life begins at conception. The Pro-choice movement is inherently sexist. To be Pro-Life is to be Pro-Woman.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only if there is a life-threatening medical risk to the mother as determined by a board-certified doctor.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The US is the land of equal opportunity. Redistribution of wealth prevents people from enjoying the fruits of their labor and ultimately disincentivizes people from working productively.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

The government should also cut most if not all spending outside of the United States and focus on America-first production.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I am in favor of repealing the Federal Income Tax amendment; lower taxes on individuals; lower taxes for corporate income; repealing estate tax.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

There should be no religious influence on legislation. Government must be limited in all forms and has no place to establish laws based in perceived religious morality.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Mandatory vaccines should never be required. Healthcare is extremely personal and the decision to vaccinate belongs to the individual or to the parent of a minor.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Though my initial view is more closely matched to "D" because there has been such established public reliance on Medicaid and Medicare I support option "C." Tax-payer funded health care brings the quality of health care down due to less competition.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Option C most closely resembles my views regarding America's foreign policy. The United States spent billions to support the Ukraine meanwhile our economy is tanking and the National Debt is exponentially worsening. The United States must prioritize policies that will strengthen the economy instead.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

As stated above, I believe that US must limit its involvement in foreign conflicts, however we must be supportive of our strongest allies including Israel.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

The United States must prioritize military strength. The expenditures made towards Ukraine relief could have been directed to US military funding.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

The United States Border Wall must be complete.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

The United States is a melting pot of diverse people. We are also a country of laws. Immigrants are welcome so long as the follow the legal immigration procedure. Additionally, there should be no social welfare programs for anyone illegally present in the United States.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Agree

I believe in more rights and protections for individuals instead of overreaching governments. Individuals should have protection from any discriminatory policies especially when it comes from a government entity. I've personally witnessed discrimination by the Department of Education against Conservative students. Government entities should be held accountable in every possible way by individual American citizens.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My personal and spiritual values are honestly irrelevant. As someone seeking a Congressional seat, I understand my personal beliefs have no business being involved with how I would legislate. But to answer the question, I am Catholic, Pro-Life and fiscally Conservative. I believe the rights of the people should always be stronger than the rights of the government on all levels from Federal to State to Local. Socially, I believe that the only person that truly can judge is God. I will never judge someone based on their sexual orientation, in fact, I believe that governments should be so limited it doesn't have a role at all regarding LGBT+ issues amongst consenting adults. Commonsense should and must be the leading quality in any elected leader.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I have prepared legislation for my first 30 days in Congress if I win to require a Federal Voter ID. Election integrity matters and even if there is only one fraudulent vote that still dilutes the right to legally vote.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

As stated above, I have prepared legislation for a Federal Voter ID.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

We are living in the most equal and fair times in written history. We must stop falling into the narrative of rampant racism in this country and focus on the real issues.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Every measure necessary to ensure American Energy Independence should be use.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Option A. I believe environmental laws should be led by the States.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a very Conservative Goldwater Republican.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have been on several news stations including Newsmax and One America News. My other interviews indicating my consistency in values are posted on my YouTube channel at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UConb4DGDkabHHo6dP5cM0kA

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No. The worst civil/criminal issue in my history is a traffic ticket. I have a Civil lawsuit against the United States Department of Education to hold colleges and universities accountable for discrimination against students with Conservative values.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Please call or text me at this number: (561)464-6465 I believe the best leaders are the ones closely connected to the people they represent. I want to always be easily reachable.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

Although I back the Blue, I also believe that power belongs to the people. Qualified immunity prevents the people from seeking legal redress in the courts.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Law Enforcement should receive more funding not less. However, I believe that this decision belongs to the State governments and Localities and is not a Federal issue.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. The 2nd Amendment is very clear when it says that the Right to Bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Accountability for gun violence lies squarely with the criminal.
