Depends on what is we are trying to pass, right now I am working on my plans for expanding Texas's Medicaid to all hardworking Texans and for all adults. We can do this and we can fund this either one of two ways, LEgfalizie marijuana, and by legalizing, we can collect sales tax on it, which goes to Texas, the counties, and the cities. thus giving the state of Texas funds to pay for expansion, Colorado when passed legal, paid off their deficit in less than a year using taxes from legal marijuana sales.
