Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In cases of rape and incest (less than 1% of pregnancies) where there is no other alternative available or to carry the pregnancy would put the mother's health at risk. With such a strong stance against abortion, there should also be a thorough but streamlined adoption process. I was a child of the system and was NEVER considered for adoption, owing to the complex and bureaucratic nature of the process.

Offer the option to allow private investment of funds and remove ANY ability for politicians to raid the existing funds, using it as a slush fund to support special interests with no provision or intentions of paying it back.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Accountability and transparency of funding. If funding is released by the federal and state government for a particular project, then that project should receive at least 75% of the funding. Too often funding is solicited in the name of social or economic justice, only to never reach its intended target. Funding that is not used is to be returned without affecting budgeting for the following fiscal term. NO FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ENTITIES HOSTILE TO THE US OR IT'S ALLIES!!!

In cases of public service and/or disability. Maintain current system of deferments due to financial hardship.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
There is nothing in the Constitution that suggests any separation of Church and State. The Church, in what ever religious affiliation or denomination, should not engage in influencing legislation meant for all citizens, as should the State not dictate any limits of practices of any church so long as said practices do not condone engagement of criminal illegal practices such as murder, racism, or terrorism. See Matthew 22:21

I embody the rags to riches American story, walking the walk and not just talking the talk. I have lived in Georgia since 1996 and have lived in the 13th district since 1998. My experiences as a multi-racial person growing up in poverty in the inner city in NYC through my ascent and final successes give me the insight to address issues prevalent in our district. I am a technician, machinist, welder, and fabricator. I moved to Georgia and became a Pro motorcycle racer and business owner, serving communities here in Georgia's 13th District. Obtained GED and went to college, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering and working in aerospace.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
No automatic weapons, mandatory gun safety courses, enforce existing laws. I believe in Constitutional Carry- if someone passes the rigorous screening and background checks to obtain a concealed carry permit, then they should be able to carry across state lines without fear of reprisal.

1.Building bridges between communities. Using identity politics, selective outrage, and class warfare for political advantage destroys societal bonds essential in keeping our communities together. 2.Encourage a focus on STEM subjects and/or establishing marketable skills in school curriculums and after school programs. 3.Eliminate the multi-tiered justice system that exists today. Justice should not be based on how much money a person has and/or who they know.

As Americans we are all in this together. No amount of identity politics or class warfare is going to change this. No community or group is more noble or deserving than the other. We move together as Americans to achieve success. Our diversity in culture affords us so many perspectives in formulating solutions. Our ability to work together is what makes this country so great.
