We have the greatest military in the world, we have bone yards across the country full of planes that will never be used from our government constantly spending and lining the CEOs pockets of these military companies. It's time we reduce the budget and get it back to the lean mean fighting machine it used to be. Time to reduce the costs across the board on many of our so called deals. We need to audit a lot of the government spending and find creative ways to make it work.

I was born and raised in the church of christ. My father was a deacon, my grandfather was an elder. I stayed with the church until I was 18 years old. I learned a lot from my upbringing, but I beliefs are different than that denomination now. They were to conservative for me, but wish them the best. I value the bible and it's teachings. I also believe that with 4000+ religions that it's best to learn about as many of them as you can and open your mind. So I stay open to every person's views and religion.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am just a normal citizen like the rest of you. I work a 40 hour work week for the IT department of a local hospital. I also live week to week like so many in our district. I know your struggles because they are my struggles. I have seen what the last 4 years has done to our district. I have watched our hospital systems dry up & losing multiple hospitals during that time. I have watched the small towns I grew up in become ghost towns. I knew that the same cookie cutter GOP members that we have continued to elect are not going to do anything for us, so I decided to run to fight the system and help all of us. We deserve more than what we have been given. It's time we had representation that represented us instead of the lobbyists and corporations. I won't be in anyone's back pocket. I will fight for all of our District. I hope I get an opportunity to help you & have your voice heard in Washington!

Red Flag Laws need to be created Better tracking of gun ownership and sales. Better gun training Close the loopholes that jeopardize the safety of our families. I don't believe in restrictions to gun ownership as long as you are a responsible gun owner. It's time we start protecting each other by making sure we know how to use our weapons and keeping weapons away from those who mean to do us harm.

yes. We see it on the streets every day. We see video after video of racists attacking minorities on twitter. It has only been emboldened & promoted over the last 4 years. We must work to drive racism back and defeat it.
