We must protect our seniors. People over 65 are relying on this payment they have contributed to, and we must work together to come up with common sense changes to our spending habits as a nation.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
We need to take a hard look at our ever expanding footprint globally through military bases. I believe in peace through strength. I believe we can have huge reductions in base management, and personnel as we need the world to become their own police. We have the technology and structure to consider abating some of the force size in many countries. Imagine the savings if we did not need multiple bases in S. Korea for instance. Only peace in that region will bring that about.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
I don't think we can go back and pay off those debts because I would ask you to give me the money back I paid for my children. We need to work to cut the cost of higher education and increase access.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
I do not want a theocracy so I believe we need to respect the fact that government should not provide a government religion. That is why we are not Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia or any other Sharia state. While my prayer is that we all come to the cross, I do not want the government to become my spiritual entity. As Jesus said, "give to Ceasar what is Ceasar's, and give to God what is God's."

Expand opportunities and competition. Allow parents to keep their adult children on their policy until age 30. Create a multi level platform for policies that are affordable and provide the coverage many young people want that covers what they need. Open coverage opportunities across state lines. Bring more providers on board.

It starts with education and the development of the countries that adhere to Sharia law. Economic and technological developments are keys to changing the mindset of the youth. Children are uneducated and indoctrinated from the time of birth. Additionally, these oppressive regimes stifle free speech and especially the freedom of religion.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Those who come here through the established policies of the U.S. I believe that we need to look at the H1B and other Visa programs to determine need as well as the lottery system to determine effectiveness. I fully support and want the world's best and brightest to come here and build on this great legacy of immigrants.

Markellmore.com there are a number of interviews there to hear and read my views on t.v., radio, and print media. I am a solution seeker and want to be public servant. I want to love, care for, and serve all the people living in my district. I may not agree with them, but eveyone wants and deserves representation and I want them to see the love of Christ through that service. Love all, serve all.

I love my community, I love living my faith through service to others, and I believe that if we put politics aside and start talking to each other with dignity and respect, we can overcome the challenges we face. I have long said, we don't have a political problem in this country, we have a spiritual problem. And the only way we can unite this country is through a core commitment to out love, out work, and out serve the opposition. I want to put the word SERVANT back in the term public servant.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. We have a mental health issue, not a gun issue. We need to dive deeper into the problem by performing a root cause analysis to determine what can be done to prevent mass shootings. Mean, spiritually bankrupt, emotionally unhealthy, mentally ill, people do these crimes.

I think identity politics creates much of the tension. We have come light years from the past and believe that we are closer than ever to breaking though. I don't think we have problems with racism as much as we have culture wars.
