Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Pennsylvania’s current law allows abortion up to 23 weeks of pregnancy and later In case rape or incest or health of the mother. With the current Democrat majority in the house and Democrat Governor it does not appear that there will be any change in the law.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
