I am a limited government, Constitutional Conservative. Simply stated, government should be small enough to fit squarely within the United States Constitution. Government should only do those core competencies for which its foundational charter authorizes. I was proud to lead in my city to accomplish a net reduction in the size of our budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The fact of the matter is that when we shrink government, we grow freedom.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The phrase is a misrepresentation of the context of Jefferson's writings on the matter and an example of judicial activism, whereby, the Justices went outside the context of the law to "erect 'a wall of separation between Church and State.'" This phrase is not found in the Constitution. The Constitution states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The courts have repeatedly abused the "separation" language stemming from Everson v. Board of Education to infringe on the individual exercise of religion by private individuals in the public square. We must protect and defend religious liberty.

Jesus saves. I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ and seek simply to have a willing heart and follow where He calls. We are called to lead people to Christ by loving them like Christ and while I don't always succeed, as none of us do, I strive to meet this standard as often as possible in both my personal and public interactions.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
As President Lincoln noted in his Gettysburg Address, government is "of the people, by the people, for the people." I believe that our founding fathers and early leaders intended this great nation's system of governance to be antithetical to the notion of "qualified" elites ruling over us, and instead established a system where all men are created equal, not only in freedom and opportunity, but in the ability to serve their fellow man in an elected public capacity. I am a husband, father, business owner, employer, former school board member, current town councilman and proud American. I hold both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degree. Most importantly I view public service as precisely that, service, not a career path or trajectory for acclaim. I believe strongly that elected officials it is our solemn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution in all situations and approach every decision in my public service with that, and prayer, as my compass.

Arizona & America are on the precipice of being lost to the radical left for generations to come. Democrats are now openly calling for, supporting & cheering: - Marxism - Higher taxes for all - The murder of healthy babies up to the moment of delivery - The sexualization of our children through fringe leftwing sex ed curriculum - Climate policies that will destroy millions of jobs - Energy policies that will skyrocket our cost of living - Election policies that will undermine & destabilize American elections - And more Democrat activists are rioting, burning Bibles, churches & American cities, attacking innocent people on the street, doxxing/threatening law-abiding Americans, & more. As a public servant my job is to fight for you. To stand up to those who seek to undermine your freedom, prosperity & God-given rights. I will continue to do just that. I will not sit idly on the sidelines and let our great, freedom-loving state fall victim to the extremist agenda of the 2020 Democrats.

I stand firmly with the Second Amendment. More gun laws are not the answer. If they were, Chicago and other Democrat-controlled cities would be the safest places in America, yet they aren't and are, in fact, some of the most dangerous. Gun laws strip law-abiding citizens of their God-given rights to defend themselves, their loved ones and their property. We need more in elected office who advocate for and defend the Second Amendment.

The biggest threat to domestic security are the Democrats actions to defund the police and their support for the anarchy, looting, and riots in the streets. It is truly sad, and maddening, to witness the lengths to which the Democrats have gone, and are currently going, in an attempt to sow chaos and division, pitting neighbor against neighbor and countrymen against countrymen, all for their own selfish, partisan, political gain. America needs more God, more freedom and more leaders willing to stand up and fight for the principles of American unity and love of country/countrymen.
