The 2003 Partial-Birth Abortion Ban is the last federal law approved by the Legislative Branch and signed by the Executive Branch. This is public law 108-105 and several States are not following the federal law. The additional circumstances to consider are in situations involving rape and incest and when the woman's life is endangered.

The United States’ economy is doing great with record low unemployment for Hispanic, Asian, and African Americans. I will support President Trump’s vision to put America First, which will continue spur new investments into the America economy. America has more jobs available than citizens on unemployment. This is the type of robust economy that will help close the wage gaps in society and helps ensure Social Security remains fully funded.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
To reduce our debt, first enforce our existing immigration laws and there will be allow of savings from funding illegal immigrates in America. Second, audit the USA tax dollars going to foreign aid and being given to foreign countries that are corrupt and ensure all funds are being used properly.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
To pursue happiness in America, sometimes an individual requires financial assistance. The federal aid programs need to remain at 0% interest rate while an individual is in college or trade school. I would like to see a loan repayment program for college or trade school graduates that are hired into a federal job and agree to remain for 8 to 10 years. This loan repayment program would help individuals that go to work for the federal government.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Our country is in a large divide with a lot discord on the direction of our country and it is my belief our country’s moral compass need to return to the principles of country and follow the Constitution and respect Life, Individual Liberties and allow citizens to pursue their happiness with less federal government. Puritan Separatists did not want to follow the Church of England and were allowed to establish a colony in Massachusetts. My grandfather, 16 generations ago, was George Morton and wrote of the separatist movement to Plymouth, MA. The belief was the State could not control the religious beliefs of citizens. America’s founding fathers protected our freedom of religion in the Constitution as the first amendment to the Bill of Rights restricts the government and protects our freedom of religion and religious values.

First, we need to ensure Medicare and Medicare remains fully funded. The ACA law was poorly written and there is a lot of ligation at SCOTUS. The ACA law is life support by SCOTUS and without a replacement to the ACA law in the near future SCOTUS will likely overturn the ACA law. In the short term, we need to work to cover existing health conditions and work to reduce patient drug costs.

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
First, protecting our borders is key. Second, ensuring all citizens are following the rule of law in our civil society. Third, our moral compass needs to return to our core values rooted in Christian-Judeo beliefs. Lastly, ensure DHS and DOJ investigates all radical citizens or visa holders that speak of hate and want to harm America places and American citizens and hold them accountable.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

I support strong borders and enforcing all existing immigration laws. The USA has immigration laws and these laws need to be enforced versus making more federal regulations. The DHS mission on the southern USA border needs to continue with DOD supporting DHS. I would ensure DHS is fully funded to build the southern border wall.

My moral compass in life requires me to continually maintain my Christian faith. I believe in God the creator and our values in American are rooted in Christian-Judeo beliefs from the bible. Many Christian natural laws of love, honor, the ten commandments and liberty are written into America's founding documents like the Declaration of Independence and Constitution then into our civil laws. It is in God we trust. America needs to return back to these values as these values have lasted thousands of years.

My belief is in Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness and these are the founding reasons in declaring our independence to form America in 1776. This is a conservative value. I view our Declaration of Independence is written toward allowing the individual to decide using their liberty to pursue their happiness in life. The current progressive mindset of socialism is that the individual is not the primary factor and the individual is below the whole of society and government must help to pursue guaranteed happiness for all. It is a right to pursue happiness in America versus a guaranteed right of happiness. The individual must work to achieve their individual happiness.

I strongly believe in protecting our Bill of Rights which are restrictions on the government. Our Bill of Rights and our Conservative values are under attack and these are our individual rights and our founding principles in our US Constitution. I will protect our DOD bases, and ensure resources are in place to support their mission. By protecting the DOD bases in the district, we maintain jobs and our district’s national significance.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We have a right to bear arms in the 2nd Amendment and I will protect this right. We should encourage our youth to take hunter and gun safety courses to understand gun safety to prevent accidental shooting. We should require background checks for all weapon purchases and close any loopholes in current laws. I support the Red Flag efforts if a citizen shows an irrational behavior pattern.

Racism is a word and words have meaning to different individuals. America has non-discrimination laws and we need to enforce existing laws and allow all American to pursue their happiness in life. The domestic threat is being made up as a talking point to divide our society and that is the real threat. We should love our neighbor.
