Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Various bipartisan commissions have identified the solution, most of which revolves around reigning in and means-testing federal entitlement programs.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Longtime rural publication editor on local, statewide, regional and national levels brought me into contact with rural communities across the nation. Former county Republican Party chairman and 16 years as an elected member of Pennsylvania Republican State Committee.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
My political philosophy is simple. I believe that: • Less government is better government, as fewer regulations boost personal liberty. More individual liberty, in turn, promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation. • Lawmakers should endeavor to hold the line on taxes, and better enable local officials to handle regional matters. • “The right of citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.” (Article 1, Section 21, Pennsylvania Constitution.) In addition, I will: • Advocate for state constitutional reforms, notably returning the Pennsylvania General Assembly to its pre-1968 “part-time’ standing as a first step in cutting the ridiculous burdens imposed by a full-time General Assembly on taxpayers. • Join the brave 25 or so Pennsylvania legislators who have refused taking a state pension, which I believe is clearly prohibited by the state constitution. • Support common-sense efforts to p
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

None. “The right of citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.” (Article 1, Section 21, Pennsylvania Constitution.)

People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Elimination of property taxes to fund education. 2, Steps to promote access to high-speed broadband access in rural areas. 3. State constitutional amendment to have appellate court judges elected on district, rather than statewide, basis.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. I believe America remains the "shining city on the hill" and welcoming to all of any race, creed or economic standing who are willing to come here and follow our laws, work hard, and respect our nation's Christian underpinnings.
