Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
My ultimate stance is never. However, I was speaking to a child sex trafficked victim who is now an adult and said to me that as a young teenager, had she not been given the opportunity to have an abortion, she would have committed suicide. That weighed on me. How do we save not just one life, but two lives under these circumstances? I do not pretend to understand the trauma these victims go through. My faith in Jesus says, the child is innocent, but so is the child who is the victim. Right now, we are trying to protect the innocent baby inside that mother’s womb. I believe it goes deeper than that. We are not just fighting for the baby, but the need to fight for the victimized mothers. We need to provide provisions that will fight for BOTH mother and baby. Planned Parenthood is NOT it. Only victims proven through investigation should have the ‘option’ of abortion within a 'limited' timeframe, or at the moment of heart beat is detected and should be handled on a case by cases basis.

There are over 520 California state agencies, boards and commissions that require funding through taxation, and the people wonder why the 5th largest economy is broke. Under my administration, we will shut down duplicate, defund and deregulate these state agencies, boards and commission. We will also perform investigation of the criminal malfeasance into the EDD debacle of 30 billion dollars gone missing. This investigation will include Gavin Newsom.

There is NEVER a time when government can close churches. Period! Anyone who argues otherwise is being disingenuous to the truth.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The phrase'Separation of Church and State' is not written in the U.S. Constitution. But to answer the question, what it means to me is that my personal faith will not be restrained by the government. The church should not rule over the state, and the state cannot rule over the church.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Encourage the people of California to obtain an HSA (Health Savings Account) non-taxable, and instead give them a tax write-off. This will allow people to pay for medical needs where insurances fail. This can also help citizens pay for family members that are here incapacitated, illegally, but can still retain proper medical attention without burdening other tax payers.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Do not mistaken an education for intelligence. I must first be a U.S. Citizen, check. Be 18 years of age or older, check. Be a registered voter or qualified to vote for that office, check. Not be a convicted felon, check. I meet all of the 'qualifications' needed to be Governor! Now I tease, but the point I’m making is that our forefathers new our government was going to need people with great fortitude and willingness to stand up in the face of adversity and tyranny.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
The more legislation that is passed is usually an indication of further restrictions on the people. The government's job is to provide more civil liberties, not less. The responsibility of government, given by the governed, is to prevent monopolies and not engage in profiteering. Over time, our government has continued to run states like a business which impinges upon a free market and contractually guarantees a profit margin to be met. You are not a business. You are a people and a community. Self-accountability has become a thing of the past in our Government. We’ve allowed our republic to become an oligarch because we’ve failed to participate in government ourselves. Our current representatives in office have willfully engaged in corruption by changing the language to change perception so they can pass legislation so they can engage in their perversions legally and without remorse. I believe its time to Starve the Government, Feed the People!

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
You must be a 18 years or older, a citizen of our country, and not be a felon. However, with respect to a felon, if that felon has served their time and completed their probational time, the right to keep and bear arms should be given back. I am for turning California into a 'Stand Your Ground State' and removing all 'Red Flag Laws.' Criminals and Government should fear the people not the other way around.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes, I do believe that racism can be a threat, domestically to the security of our country. It can adhere the bias nature of those who would do harm hiding within our government. However, the definition of racism has taken on a new meaning and has has become the scapegoat for all those who feel that if you have a disagreement with them, then you must be racist. So before we create new law this needs to be better understood.
