OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

If the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, North Carolina should repeal its law allowing abortion up to 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To protect the life of the Mother / If conceived in the commission of a crime such as rape and or incest within certain limits / It should not be used as a quick Birth Control method in place of preventive measures. No organization or medical facility should facilitate the process as the sole revenue source. Planned Parenthood should focus on health issues and deterrents as has been done in the past before abortions became their number one funding source. In its current format changes are drastically needed that could far more benefit the population they target. In many cases, the sources of funding are very questionable. They have suffered a severe credibility issue that has never been addressed in an appropriate manner.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separate entities that may do similar things at one time or another but remain independent of each other. All churches should be treated in the same manner. Churches politic often in certain communities while other churches in other communities do not. Either the law should allow all to politic or none to politic and it should be clearly written not interpreted.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

First, we must eliminate the special interest investment of Big Pharma into our incumbent politician's campaigns which have received hush money in previous elections. We don't need politicians bought and silenced. We need a real working committee made up by the users and not the politicians. We need to hold existing insurance accountable for better services We need to elect a new senator in North Carolina Senate District 22. We can no longer allow any nc senator to look away.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State, sheriff and local law enforcement agencies should be required to participate in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) 287(g) Program to enhance the safety and security of their communities to identify and detain aliens.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who lawfully enter as required by law and have met the lawful requirements. Those who have shown lawful diligence to apply themselves to and through the appropriate levels and administrative requests. Those who are lawfully working under the guidelines set forth by the government. There needs to be a common ground for children who are here in the country and have never been to their perceived country. Unfortunately, their parents may have placed them in almost a no-win situation. They should show no political party or affiliation while issues on immigration are under debate. Yes, freedom of expression is acceptable but not to protest the very government they seek citizenship from. Radical or harmful activity to include criminal behavior should immediately eliminate citizenship potential.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.

Strongly Disagree

Parents should have the right to know what schools are teaching their children about sex and LGBT issues and should have the right to opt their children out of any instruction to which they object.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Belief in God / Baptist Doctrine // Followup to previous questions 3) The government should never discriminate to include political affiliation. 5) Livable Income - Fair and reasonable minimum wage. 6) Health insurance for seniors is the government's responsibility in their retirement years. 7) Defining limited government and morality as an expectation is clearly not defined in the question. 9) 14th amendment protects freedom Religion Political affiliation is at risk with many companies as they terminate and target employees 18) No baby should be born placed on a table and wrapped in a blanket until the mother decides if the baby lives or dies at her instructions on the doctors. 22) Durham has had too many murders due to the Sheriff not acting with the federal government to protect Durham residents. Legal lawfully abiding future citizens should be welcome at all times.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I believe we stand for the Flag and to respect our soldiers. We kneel to pray. Our heroes are not sports celebrities but are everyday working men and women. Everyone has a right and affiliate politically and worship how they choose. The small government of the people works for the people. Everyone has a right to live their life as they choose as long as it does not infringe upon others. We need to focus on our NC Broken Mental Health System, Safe Communities & Securing an Education

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Train and recruit over 450 employees including civilian, detention and law enforcement. Development of training programs in accordance with the General Statutes of North Carolina that meet all state and departmental criteria. Coordinate departmental Strategies related to operational, budget and administrative needs and initiatives. Mediate and broker professional and public relationships to enhance the Crisis Intervention services, safety and security of the public and law enforcement. Internal Affairs Commander (Captain) also Retired as the Administrative Captain to the Sheriff. North Carolina Sheriff Police Alliance Executive Director 2019-Present Secretary-Treasurer 2007-2019 Non-Profit Organization - No Paid Employees

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

North Carolina recently received an "F" on how Mental Health issues short the quality of care needed. Our politicians have turned a blind eye to this. It's time for the incumbent politicians here in North Carolina to own their failure. Our state is in a mental health crisis. While these career politicians are- entrenched with their lack of concern, those in need will continue to struggle. We must send a loud message to the incumbent career politicians like Senator Mike Woodard NC D-22 that their playtime in the Raleigh sandbox is over. His Big Pharma and other Special Interest money should no longer buy him the NC Senate 22 Seat. Since his time in the Senate, he has championed very few if any NC Senate Bill. If you sponsor a Bill, you should fight for it and believe in it. Never Walk Away from it.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The US Constitution and rights shall not be infringed on. Guns cannot act alone. They need assistance. Completed reasonable background checks are reasonable and necessary issues of the mental status of the purchaser. Facts show states with carrying conceals laws are safer, and violent crimes have gone down. The Constitution is a non-revocable document written to protect America from those who wish to tear it down.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1.Mental Health Legislation to address what incumbent politicians have ignored for years. 2. Support Teacher pay raises and improving the environment they are forced to teach in. Step level pay should be mandated by law for teachers and law enforcement personnel. 3. Restricting the nonprofit status of hate groups sheltered by dummy corporations that hide their owners (George Soros types). Stripping those acting unlawfully of their nonprofit status.
