QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If the life of the mother is at-risk or the baby is not able to live outside the womb.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
I fully support the 2 recent SCOTUS decisions regarding religion and the 1st amendment: 1. Carson v. Makin, which held that religious schools cannot be discriminated against if public funds are used by secular private schools; this is a huge victory for religious parents to be able to educate their children in schools just like non-religious parents; 2. Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, which ruled in favor of a high school football coach suspended and then not re-hired because he prayed after games on the field with other students and coaches; as Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote for the majority, “The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
1. Continue strong support of our allies and friends in the Middle East and Asia. 2. Cut off money supplies from the U.S. to Islamic terror organizations that is often disguised as charitable aid. 3. Prevent radical Islamic jihadis from entering the U.S. as “refugees.” 4. Impose crippling sanctions on Iran, the world’s largest supporter of Islamic terror, and do everything necessary to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
This question is of great relevance and importance due to measures taken by a number of local, state, and federal governments, employers, and schools to force Americans to submit to Covid “vaccination” shots against their will under threat of job loss and lack of access to vital services, including education. I strongly oppose these coercive measures and believe them to be un-American and unconstitutional.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Make the Trump tax cuts permanent for working families and job providers and restore fiscal sanity by not spending money we don’t have while borrowing from China.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I support legal immigration to the U.S just like my family and I did by waiting over 10 years to become citizens and contributing back to society, paying taxes and working to make America the greatest country on earth.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
As an attorney, I fully support the June 23, 2022, SCOTUS Bruen decision, brilliantly written by Justice Clarence Thomas, which makes it clear that the 2nd Amendment is not a second-class right. No constitutional right requires that a citizen demonstrate ‘proper cause’ before exercising said right, and the Supreme Court has now affirmed the 2nd Amendment doesn’t require it either. The Court’s conservative majority has once more stood for the full enjoyment of our constitutional rights by all law-abiding Americans, whereas the Court’s liberal wing and Democrats in Congress are far more interested in limiting and restricting those same rights. I oppose all measures designed to unduly violate SCOTUS’s Bruen decision and the 2nd amendment.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuKheah-WkM
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm focused on the economy which has ravaged the Tampa Bay area with the highest rate of inflation in the country, as well as the highest increase in housing costs nationwide. Legislatively, I believe that we need to make the Trump Tax Cuts permanent for working families and job providers, while restoring fiscal sanity by not spending money we don't have, and borrowing from China. We need to secure our southern border, bring back policies like "Remain in Mexico", complete the border wall. We must also make federal dollars contingent upon not teaching 1619 philosophies and other woke ideologies like Critical Race Theory, just as Governor DeSantis has done in Florida.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
iVoterGuide Notes:
After evaluations occurred, the candidate expressed that her preferred response to this question should be “Strongly Disagree “
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I’m a Conservative Christian and a member of Starkey Road Baptist Church.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
All voting, except in narrow, specific circumstances, must be same-day and in-person with photo ID.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I am proud of our country’s efforts to reach the inspirational and aspirational goal of the Declaration of Independence’s assertion that, “…all Men are created equal…”. Nowhere on earth are people able to pursue their dreams protected by law from discrimination, including racism, as they are in America. I deplore the attempts to divide us by race. Not only is racism not a national security threat, few if any other countries go so far as to protect people from prejudice and discrimination.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
