Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

When the Life of the Mother is in jeopardy. In Rape Case / Situations.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Neutral
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Funding illegals on any healthcare. We should help our Citizens and Homeless Citizens first.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Neutral
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree

All Citizens have the right to choose their own coverage free of the any Government Control. If they choose the Not So Affordable Healthcare Act that's their business as well. Although this Act is now been deemed unconstitutional. Less Government the better.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree

As long as they are NOT a Criminal, want to assimilate to the way of life here, and contribute and work hard. Not Rocket science.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Promotion of the LGBT agenda in public schools, including teaching of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”, is completely inappropriate and should be opposed at the state and local level.

Part Time Catholic.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Somewhat Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
First it's more than just about Political Party. It's about the big picture and the overall well being of our communities. My Policy is enter the Country Legally. Wait in line like I did and everyone else who entered Legally. I have no issue with an illegal getting a Drivers License with the following stipulations: (This Tracks there where about's and they are also required to have proof of Liability Insurance. No Insurance means automatic Revocation of Drivers License and vehicle being impounded by the Police). If an illegal gets a Drivers License I will vote on Legislation to MARK the Drivers License for that illegal as "Ineligible to Vote / Not a Citizen / Cannot Vote" to prevent Voter Fraud. Only Citizens are Eligible to Vote. If an illegal lies about their address or puts down any false information on that Driver's License any violation will be a 2 Year Jail Sentence / immediate Deportation / and $10,000 fine. Fair is Fair to Citizens of the United States.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
BBA in Business MGT from UTSA MBA in Business MGT from Webster My Military Experience with Operation Border Support provides first hand experience in illegal immigration. I am a strong advocate in Legal Immigration. Preventing Illegal Immigration Minimizes Deaths of illegal crossing and illegal activities at the border. And since District 120 is only 150 miles away from the border. What happens there eventually affects 120 as far as crime, human smuggling, and other illegal sanctuary activity. Sanctuary Policy is dangerously because it puts the General population at risk of an illegal spreading possible disease and wide spread sickness unless folks coming into the country legally. Vetting first before entering the country from a medical standpoint is most important. This protects citizens and the general population from any widespread disease or sickness. Safety to the citizens is a first priority before anyone enters the country.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Universities and Colleges should lower their Tuitions some so Graduates are not in deep do do debt when they graduate. I'll let you know as things evolve in an every changing environment we are in.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
NONE. I ask a question to YOU the Citizen Voter. Do you have 24/7 Bodyguard Protection like Liberal Elites Do? Probably not. It is your individual to protect yourself however way you choose. I will protect that right even if it does cost me any election or future political Office. Protecting the Constitution is Top Priority. Political Parties does NOT matter to me.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Neutral
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
-Protect your Personal Liberty. -Put into Legislation All Combat Veterans with a 40% or above Disability Rating be Exempted from paying Any Property Taxes. -Any favorable Healthcare at the State Level. -Reducing Tuition at Universities so when a Graduate enters the work force they are not in such Deep Debt. -Constructive Education which teaches kids to problem solve. Like change a spare tire. Oversight on Teachings that Distort History and Facts.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism was calming down at the end of George W. Bush's Term in 2008. Than came along Obama. During the Ferguson, Missouri Riots Obama had a chance to bring the Country Together. Instead he brought in Al Sharpton in an individual who has NOT paid a dime in Taxes in 10 Years to re ignite the Flames of Racism. And spread a Cop Hating Mentality. I consider Ferguson Missouri Ground Zero as far as where we are with the current mentality of Racism as it currently stands. If we all calm down some this issue will calm down. And comply when a Police Officer stops you. Remember you only have yourself to look in the mirror as to why the Police pulled you over. If you don't give them probable cause and comply you should be fine.
