For instance, Chinese "students" can be very much involved in Stealing American Intellectual Property. While Relations between Consenting Adults can and should be left up to them, Historically, Two-Parent Families have been the BEDROCK of any truly Functional and Healthy Society. In 1933, in his first inaugural, FDR called AFDC a Narcotic.
