Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion is never the best answer. At the very least, when the baby in the womb has a heartbeat, abortion should be restricted.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Life is important….. whether it is in the womb, or at the end of life. I certainly understand that this is a emotional subject. Our elderly should be treated with dignity and respect.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes should be lowered for both individuals and businesses. This will stimulate the economy. The collected taxes should be used for infrastructure and giving a “hand up”, not a “handout”.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would increase local education spending, not the Department of Education, but at the local level. This would reduce the culture that look for a “handout“. The higher the education, the less we have to spend on social programs.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

I agree with this statement if it is K through 12. Parents should be able to choose public, charter or private schools with school vouchers. For all intents and purposes we have had a government funded college program for the last few decades, (inflated bloated student loans ) it hasn’t worked. All that has happened is colleges and universities have inflated there tuition and fees.

NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
It has been my mission in life to eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism. I spent 27 years in uniform, doing just that! I have Searne honorably, even receiving the Bronze Star Medal for wartime service in Afghanistan. I am not an expert politician, but I am an expert soldier. The United States needs to continue to fund a robust Department of Defense budget. Of course, with the stipulations that we continue to “weed out“ fraud, waste, and abuse. The “woke“ initiatives set forth by the Biden administration should be rescinded, immediately. The United States military is not the place for“social experiments“. The United States military has two jobs: kill our enemies, and break things!
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
First, let’s just recognize the obvious. Billions of people across the world have the ultimate goal of living in the United States of America at sometime during their life. Despite some shortcomings America is the most desirable and coveted place to live in the world. Which leads to the question…How many immigrants is the United States of America capable of absorbing? Ladies and gentlemen I empathize with the plight of those folks crossing our border seeking the American dream. Immigration is more than just an abstract subject with me. My wife, Lienhuong, is a legal immigrant from Vietnam. She went through the legal process and I am proud to say that she is now a US citizen! She did it the right way! 1.What’s the problem? 2.What’s the solution? 3.What should we do in the interim? 1.What’s the problem? The main problem is that our current border security system is overloaded. Why is it overloaded? Several reasons. Brass tacks? Here goes: Many Democrats think that if you give immigrants, almost any immigrant, free entry into the country and free support, they will come to the United States any way they can. You know what? They are absolutely right! All one has to do is look at our border today and you see the results of that strategy. Total chaos!You might ask, why would Democrats do that? The answer is simple: VOTES! Their strategy is to get as many immigrants across the border as possible, spend billions on their well-being, then find a way to get them US citizenship. If you don’t have enough voters to win at the ballot box, it’s simple, just import them! Another big problem is that a federal judge has ruled that children cannot be detained for longer than about 20 days. This means that if you show up with a child, any child, you can expect that after about 20 days or so you will be released into the United States interior, with instructions to return for a asylum hearing sometime in the future. Usually, many months, or even years in the future. This practice is called “catch and release”. Here’s the kicker, Unfortunately the statistic show that stats asylum-seekers overwhelmingly never attend their court hearings, which is no surprise since statistics show that asylum is denied at a rate of about 90%. It’s no wonder that these illegal immigrants disappear, never to be seen again after their case is negatively adjudicated. No, you thought I was done. Unfortunately no, illegal border crossings and asylum overstays only account for about 60% of illegal immigration. The other 40% come from folks who had a valid visa to visit our country but decided not to leave when their visa expired. But you have to understand that the border patrol down there on the border are overwhelmed! Democrats have given immigrants the “all clear” sign, and they are trying to cross the border while they can. Many immigrants are abusing the refugee laws. The UN refugee statute clearly says that refugees must register at the FIRST COUNTRY they encounter when they leave their unsafe country. What exactly does that mean? It means that these refugees should be requesting asylum in Mexico, not, the United States. When people don’t follow the law, chaos reigns! We need to help these people, but we cannot bring the whole world into the United States. If the Democrats in Congress don’t act responsibly, the following must happen: A large refugee camp must be constructed on the Mexican side of the border. This camp will be just like any other military installation that we have in countries all around the world. Initially it could be tents, but eventually it should be a more permanent structure. Also initially it should be manned by United States Army troops, then when available, civilian control. When the asylum seeker arrives at the border he/she will file their legal request for asylum. they will be registered inside the camp and given a living space as well as sundries. This camp will not have any locked gates or cages of any kind. The refugees should be free to come and go as they please, with the understanding that if they try to cross the border illegally, they will be sent back to their country of origin and forfeit their right to petition for asylum. We should hire 1000 immigration judges. These judges will be the moderators to decide if the mountain of asylum requests are valid.

99.9% of human beings are born as either a male or female. For thousands of years the medical profession identified any deviation from this fact as abnormal. It was called gender dysphoria. Friends, if you were born a female, that is, a person with a vagina, and you have this “feeling” that you are instead a male, or vice versa, Live your life. I think the US Constitution protects you and gives you the right for the pursuit of happiness. But, the same Constitution allows me the same thing!

Thankfully, Florida has introduced many voter safeguards. Unfortunately, as time goes by, technology marches forward, and the people try to cheat. As we find these loopholes I will vote “yes” to close them.

Unfortunately, because of human nature, racism will always be with us. But fortunately, overs the last 50 years there has been a marked reduction in institutional racism. Our government institutions do not codify racism. Though we will never stamp out racism and discrimination, we should always strive to do so.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
