RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

If America is a free society, it would not force taxpayers to fund programs they do not support. Particularly after Orange Co. & San Bernardino Co., Planned Parenthood (PPFA) paid a $7.8 million fine for illegally selling fetal tissue. PPFA claims 9 million supporters that could solicit funding. Democratic elitists spent $3 billion to dominate the 2020 elections. They could spend a few hundred million each year to fund PPFA. Any clinic could easily handle Title X with the current gag rule.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

The Democratic Party is the party of abortion and euthanasia, again. Early last century, Democrats passed legislation for forced sterilization. They targeted minorities, the mentally ill, and others they deemed undesirable. Liberals were not satisfied with sterilization and established the eugenics movement. Harry Laughlin and Margaret Sanger (PPFA fame) also led the way on eugenics. When those horrific plans were made illegal, liberals simply changed tactics to abortion and euthanasia.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

As a Conservative Christian, I oppose abortion and the death penalty; however, simply passing laws making them illegal does not solve the litany of problems surrounding these tumultuous issues. We must work together to fix all the other problems connected to these issues before we can bring resolution to them. In an ideal world, there would be no abortions and no young women dying from back-alley abortions. Liberals believe abortion is a simple solution for a problem they got themselves into. As President Obama said, if one of his daughters made the mistake of getting pregnant, he would not want them to be punished with a baby. Despite what liberals may say, two wrongs don't make it right, it only complicates and compounds life’s problems. Roe v. Wade states an abortion may be performed prior to fetus viability when a doctor confirms the mother’s health is at risk. Doctors now consider viability to occur at 22 weeks. After 22-weeks, in extreme medical cases where the mother's life is in danger a preemie's viability must be assessed for early delivery as opposed to abortion. When Roe v. Wade made abortion legal it emboldened many liberal states to expand abortions for any reason well into the third trimester. Conservative states on the other hand have passed laws making abortions more restrictive. Despite continuous lawsuits from liberals, the Supreme Court has upheld conservative states and even overturned some laws in liberal states. As a result, abortions have been declining every year since 1990 with abortions in 2021 half of that from 1990. The Texas Heartbeat Act is based on the ability to detect the heartbeat of a fetus at 6 weeks which is the same time its brain starts forming. Medical experts who understand fetal neural development have concluded unborn babies can feel pain at 12 weeks. This has profound moral implications which is why several conservative states changed their laws to prohibit abortions after 11 weeks. While the Supreme Court has not struck down these new laws it is permitting liberal states to bring lawsuits to argue against them. Anti-abortion advocates have saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of children who otherwise would have been killed; however, if we really desire to end this problem, we must fix all the related problems that plague poorer communities, including the following: 1. Give our children equal access to the best possible education; Poor communities get as little as $7,000 per child while wealthier school districts receive more than $25,000 per child. The Primary and Secondary Education Fund (PSEF) under United States Citizen Fund (USCF) education reform provides every school district across the U.S. $12,500 per child and additional funding for special education, STEM, music programs, etc. States that require funding beyond the PSEF allocation are required to make up the difference equally across their school districts. 2. Give our children hope for their future; Under USCF every child receives a Flexible Savings Account (FSA). The FSA receives funds monthly which accrue interest and is worth around $250,000 when it becomes available at age 18. The funds may be used for college or other authorized use. Research shows that children who have hope for their future develop a positive outlook on life, have fewer behavioral issues, are less likely to engage in risky behavior, perform better academically, and become successful in life. 3. Identify children’s learning abilities, disabilities, and healthcare needs early; USCF Essential Healthcare (EHC) is primary healthcare that is designed to be preemptive and proactive. EHC is integrated into every school district with the requirements to identify children’s education and healthcare needs. All EHC expenses are budgeted and covered as part of the USCF Primary and Secondary Education Fund (PSEF). EHC is free to children under 18 with no deductions or copay. 4. Provide high-quality low-cost reproductive healthcare; Promoting the health and well-being of every member is an essential goal of EHC. All reproductive healthcare requirements to include birthing are covered under EHC. While EHC is free for children under 18, adults pay into the program with 1% of their gross income (GI). Employers, the state, and federal government contribute to a paying member EHC based on GI. 5. Provide education that helps prevent unwanted pregnancies: I support programs like the Catholic Church’s Natural Family Planning which is an effective program in avoiding pregnancy. 6. Provide better alternatives to abortion; more than 7 million women and 1 in 8 couples have trouble getting pregnant or sustaining a pregnancy to birth. The average cost of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is $12,000 with a 45% success rate. It seems with a name like Planned Parenthood they could better serve America by working with couples to help provide for the needs of expectant mothers instead of promoting abortion.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Disagree

Pay your fair share! A favorite slogan of the Democratic Party. Democrats use it to influence voters and liberals feel empowered through their self-righteous indignation. The Constitution gives Congress the power to levy taxes. If politicians wanted their rich elitist friends to pay more taxes, they would simply change the tax code. The top 5% of income earners pay 60% of all federal taxes while most of the federal budget is distributed to 166 million Americans through entitlement programs.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Neutral

The U.S. passed the point of no return on reducing the national debt when politicians threw America off the fiscal cliff in 2013. Now politicians have no idea how to resolve the debt crisis they created. In 2021, the federal government brought in $3.86 trillion in revenue. Just the interest on the $29.5 trillion debt cost taxpayers $413 billion. That interest alone made up 10.7% of the total 2021 federal revenue. The last time politicians made any effort to pay down the debt was in 1999.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

America is broken and everything must change if we want America to survive! From 1790 to 1970 America’s workers experienced the longest continuous period of wage growth by any country in history, making America the envy of the world. Starting with mechanized textile manufacturing in 1790 America’s rapidly increasing industrialization was fueled by its classical free-market economy. Everything changed when the U.S. adopted Keynesian economics in the 1960s giving the Federal Reserve enormous power and control over the economy. Keynesian principles are guided by a lender/consumer debt-driven philosophy. America’s free-market economy changed to a highly regulated government-controlled form of capitalism. Credit cards and other forms of unsecured credit were introduced which quickly became a burden on consumers. This uncollateralized debt also became problematic for banks, so they adopted FICO scoring to mitigate risk. When FICO scores prevented poorer communities from obtaining credit our government’s solution was creating endless welfare programs. In the 1970s as consumer debt increased so did corporate profits; however, workers’ wages became stagnant creating income inequality. Politicians told us our spouses needed to work if we wanted to improve our quality of life. As women entered the workforce this added more debt to families. They also needed a car, work clothes, and affordable childcare. In the 1980s computers and other advancements in technology increased the efficiency of workers resulting in an exponential increase in corporate profits. Corporate elitists rewarded themselves with extravagant salaries further widening income inequality. Workers’ wages continued to remain stagnant due to inflation and failed Keynesian policies. Despite efficiencies, people worked 20% more to make ends meet. To appease voters and keep favor with wealthy elitists politicians bought into the lie of debt-driven Keynesian economics. 2000 was the last time the federal government paid anything toward the national debt. Since then, our elected officials have added $24 trillion to the out-of-control debt. When a real problem like the pandemic occurs, politicians have no option but to print more money and add it to the national debt. $6.3 trillion was added just since the pandemic began in February 2020. The largest burden to federal spending is the litany of entitlement programs. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, half of all American’s received some form of payment from the federal government. Entitlement programs made up 85% of the federal income with the interest payment on the debt adding another 10.7%. President Biden’s proposed budget for FY 2022 is $6.01 trillion with $4.02 trillion going to entitlement programs. The anticipated revenue for FY 2022 is $4.17 trillion which will add another $1.84 trillion to the federal debt. By 2030 the national debt is projected to exceed $40 trillion. Now every system and institution that a country relies on to ensure the freedoms and provide for the security of its citizens is broken in America. Every problem we endure came about as a result of decisions made by politicians, including every economic recession, the housing market collapse, the student loan crisis, skyrocketing healthcare costs, and the looming insolvency of entitlement programs. Medicare has been spending more than it brings in through taxation since 2006 and is anticipated to be bankrupt by 2025. Social security started deficit spending in 2017 and is expected to be insolvent by the end of this decade. If we want to resolve our failed economic structure, income inequality, and federal debt we must end Keynesian economics and the current tax structure. Since June of 2000, I have offered my solution to pay off the national debt to hundreds of politicians across America. My tax plan calls for the elimination of all federal taxes and fees, including income tax. The fed’s tax structure is unbearably complex and only brings in about $4 trillion per year. Income tax was a significant change to the Constitution’s tax clause requiring an amendment that citizens opposed. The Constitution gave Congress the power to levy taxes based on America’s economy. The 16th Amendment not only created the income tax changing America’s tax structure, but it gave Congress absolute power over its citizens. My tax structure is based on the Federal Reserves’ Daily Aggregate Report which I call the Currency Usage Tax (CUT). This program eliminates the federal government’s convoluted tax structure into a single fair flat tax. Utilizing a 1% Currency Usage Tax across the entire U.S. economy brings in $20 trillion per year for the federal government and $10 trillion per year for the states. Eliminating all current taxes, including income tax restores power back to America’s citizens and would permit the current $29.5 trillion national debt to be paid off in 3-4 years.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” This is the first line of the 1st Amendment, so our Founding Fathers considered it to be the most important of all the civil rights. Politicians chose to incorrectly interpret this as meaning the government must be devoid of all religions. While Congress may not declare any religion a national religion; any law preventing a citizen from exercising their religious beliefs is also illegal.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Government dictating to its citizens who they must serve even if it violates their moral and/or religious beliefs is tyranny, not democracy. In a true democracy, people respect one another’s beliefs, lifestyles, and opinions peaceably and are mature enough to agree to disagree when conflict arises. The nice thing about a free-market economy; if someone refuses to provide a service, you can take your business elsewhere. If the business owner is wrong, they will not stay in business very long.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

When Thomas Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptists Association of Connecticut he used the phrase, a wall of separation between church & state. Jefferson was reaffirming keeping government neutral as it has no power over a citizen’s preference for religion or opinions on faith. The government cannot restrict any citizen regarding their religious beliefs unless the citizen’s actions are judged to be criminal by doing harm to another. The Supreme Court got it right with its landmark ruling in 1879. For more than 150 years of America’s early history, the Bible was the primary if not the only book available for teaching children in most schools across the U.S. Starting with the Warren Court in the 1950s, the SCOTUS made rulings every decade removing religious freedoms from citizens. Justice Warren claimed it was too difficult to interpret the founding father’s meaning of the first line of the 1st Amendment to the Bill of Rights, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. As a result, the Warren Court adopted the phrase separation of church and state and claimed it to mean anywhere any government entity has contact with citizens their Judeo-Christian values and religious beliefs will be banned. The interpretation is simple enough, the Federal government cannot dictate a national religion, including Atheism, to be imposed upon all citizens collectively and the Federal government can never enact any law restricting any person’s freedom of expressing their religion; therefore, every law passed by the government and every SCOTUS ruling restricting religion is unlawful! Numerous rulings from the SCOTUS legislating from the bench since the 1950s has given the federal government enormous power over its citizens. Atheist organizations fund countless lawsuits to eradicate religion from America. Lower courts hear the lawsuits and then restrict that religious function from the public. The Supreme Court hears appeals from religious organizations when they can afford to fight atheist lawsuits, then SCOTUS typically takes the easy way out by banning the religious freedoms of its citizens. Likewise, public organizations end up fearing lawsuits from atheist organizations and then they themselves start illegally restricting the religious rights of their members. We must end SCOTUS legislating from the bench. When the Supreme Court makes a ruling Congress must act within 90 days to write and pass a law that addresses the SCOTUS ruling. If this new law is challenged by a lawsuit, then the legislative process progresses normally. This is the way the process was intended to work. It will also free organizations from the fear of lawsuits and the burden of having their religious rights suppressed.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

During a time of crisis, America has long-established protocols that define the national response framework as: 1. Federally supported, 2. State-led, and 3. Locally executed. These guiding principles likewise apply to the national strategy for pandemic response. The Supreme Court ruled unanimously in the 1824 landmark case Gibbons v. Ogden that the power to enforce quarantine or other measures in the name of public health belonged to the states. In the 1905 case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts the SCOTUS upheld a state’s legal authority to enact vaccination policies. That decision was reaffirmed in the 1922 case Zucht v. King when the SCOTUS ruled that a San Antonio, Texas school district could exclude students from attending school until they receive required vaccinations. Federal CDC guidance tells states to utilize the least restrictive methods that will achieve the state’s concerns for public safety, particularly when the guidelines involve limiting individuals’ liberty. While the Constitution protects certain rights and liberties of individuals from government interference, individual rights do not surpass the collective right of a community. To reiterate the governors of states, decide vaccination mandates, quarantine procedures, or other requirements in the interest of public safety within their states, not the federal government. The decisions on which businesses stay open or remain closed, school attendance, social distancing, mask mandates, etc. are the responsibility of the governors of their respective states. It was essential that local communities provide the most accurate data on infection rates and information about treatment response without bias. Providing top-down support with bottom-up execution and data collection is the most efficient process in a crisis. States know what is best for their states, local communities know what is best for their communities. The federal government has proven countless times that when dictating to the lowest level of government they are inept if not totally incompetent. The federal government has the resources and can bring together leading experts, but their most important job is providing common sense leadership. In times of crisis, citizens look to their elected leaders to demonstrate leadership, to show solidarity and calm their fears, to work together providing hope for a quick resolution, to be available every day making progress known, open to the public, and press answering questions and concerns with honesty. President Trump tried to do this and was undermined by rival politicians with false information while being excoriated by the media daily. Instead of offering useful information, advice, or guidance, they worked to undermine everything his administration accomplished every day. This only served to further divide Americans when we desperately need unity. This shameful behavior likely resulted in tens of thousands of Americans dying as a result of all the discord.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D) America spends more on healthcare (HC) than any other country. The cost of HC in the U.S. has increased 3.6% every year since 2000 exceeding $4.15 trillion in 2021. That cost does not include the hundreds of billions of dollars in losses hospitals incur each year from the uninsured. Since government makes it illegal for hospitals to deny HC to the uninsured those losses are passed along to you in the form of rising HC costs. In this decade, HC costs are expected to increase by 4.6% each year. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) was supposed to fix America’s HC problems. When ACA became law Medicaid and CHIP payments increased by more than 30% resulting in ACA adding more than $2 trillion to the federal debt. Before ACA became law, 92% of Americans said they were satisfied with their HC coverage. People saw their premiums double and copay increase due to ACA regulations. ACA was supposed to make HC affordable for everyone but fell well short of its goals and only increased enrollment by 5.5% over the last 11 years leaving more than 31 million Americans still without health insurance. People who pay for their own private HC programs made up 40% of the overall 2021 HC expenditures while 10% of citizens paid cash. Besides paying for your HC, your government also gave you the opportunity to pay for the HC of the 166 million citizens who are less fortunate than you. Your tax dollars paid 50% of America’s $4.15 trillion HC bill through Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP. Politicians tell us we need Medicare for all. What they don’t tell you is that Medicare has been in spending more than it brings in since 2006 and is expected to be insolvent by 2025. When a country is $30 trillion in debt it becomes impossible to pay bills and solve problems. America can only make HC affordable and available to everyone by changing to a proactive, preventive structure such as my United States Citizen Fund (USCF) healthcare system. My USCF healthcare programs are designed and work to solve America’s HC crisis. USCF is a proactive and preventive HC system where members only pay for the medical care they need consisting of the following: Essential Healthcare (EHC), Urgent Healthcare (UHC), Chronic Healthcare (CHC), Mental Healthcare (MHC), and Risk and Recovery Care (RRC). USCF members pay for their HC requirements with their Healthcare Savings Account (HCSA). Unlike FSA or TSA, HCSA pays for all HC needs, with no copays or deductions. The user’s funds from their HC programs are accumulated into their HCSA. HCSA funds are secured in an account that gains interest at the rate of 2% above the Federal Fund Rate. HCSA funds may be invested in higher-yielding options when certain conditions are met. HCSA funds roll over year to year and accumulate at a rate that typically exceeds the HC needs of most individuals, particularly healthy young adults. Every member pays 1% of their Gross Income (GI) for each required HC program and is matched by their employer, state, and federal government. Matching yields about $15,000 each year into each member’s HCSA. State, federal, and employee matching ends at $1 million. EHC and UHC programs are mandatory while CHC and MHC are optional based on a person’s needs. RRC is required for members who engage in risky lifestyles requiring special HC. EHC covers all basic HC needs including reproductive care through birthing. EHC utilizes proactive and preventive medical care to identify each member’s specific needs working to prevent disease, chronic illness, and help mitigate long-term care requirements. Promoting the health and well-being of every member is an essential goal of ECH. Regular checkups are free and keep members informed while assessing their long-term HC requirements. EHC is free for every child in America and is covered by the school districts within which they reside. All EHC expenses are budgeted as part of the USCF Primary and Secondary Education Fund (PSEF). Teachers and administrators are in a unique position where their training typically identifies a child’s needs before it is recognized by parents. Children identified as requiring Special Education (SE) and/or CHC have these requirements covered under PSEF. The PSEF is completely funded by the states and federal government; therefore, no child can be deprived of their HC or SE needs. Urgent Healthcare (UHC) is also required by all members to protect against unforeseen events that could have devastating consequences both financially and towards a member’s long-term health. UHC covers all medical expenses associated with more calamitous events including ambulatory care, hospital stays, surgery, recovery, meals, etc. USCF programs are sensitive to unnecessary tests and care that lends itself to Fraud, Waste, Abuse. Affordable care can only be obtained when no one defrauds the system. Go to www.USCF.Life to learn more about all USCF Healthcare programs.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) The U.S. Military should be respected by our allies and feared by our enemies, and we have neither. Since the American Revolution, the U.S. has been involved in 101 wars and conflicts as a major participant. After losing the War in Afghanistan to the Taliban America is still engaged with conflicts in 4 countries. The U.S. has taken upon itself the leading role as a police force for the world. While this position mostly restored peace at the end of the conflicts through World War II, subsequent wars have mostly tarnished America’s stature. If future conflicts cannot be resolved through diplomacy, then wars must be fought collectively by countries within organizations such as NATO as opposed to the U.S. assuming the lead, the burden, and consequences. While the U.N. has become more competent at peacekeeping over the decades, they are not a military fighting force. Peacekeeping and working to end world hunger should be their only focus and they must stop interfering with other geopolitical problems (ex., trying to pass resolutions on teaching African children as young as 5 how to masturbate as a solution to the rape crisis in many African countries). America should ask the U.N. to leave NYC and move to a Scandinavian country, the climate change should suit them well. The U.S. must focus on NATO and encourage other countries to join. I would even suggest working with Russia to alleviate their geopolitical concerns and eventually ask them to join NATO. The mindset of Russia and its people is more like ours than that of some European countries. I believe in the near future America and Russia will be required to cooperate to overcome China’s growing threat. If NATO would create a 10 million personnel fighting force no sane leader of any country would consider going to war due to an overwhelming response. As part of NATO, our military should only have two primary missions: warfighting and security. It should never conduct nation-building. That needs to be the responsibility of the State Department. After the military objectives of war are complete, the State Department can work with other countries to help rebuild the nation, which is when the military’s role switches to providing security.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Palestine was never a country and to this day is not recognized as a country. Romans named the area Palestinian as derogatory punishment of Israel after finally defeating the Jewish people. Most Palestinians do not support BDS, have established very good relations with Israel, and rely on Israel to help support their economy. Terrorists are the ones who cause problems for Israel, not Palestinians, and I consider BDS part of the terrorist movement.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The most aggressive espionage comes from China and they routinely file patents on U.S. intellectual property. Half of all cyberattacks against the U.S. are from China. The FBI says China has engaged all efforts to become the world’s only superpower by any means necessary and opens 2 new investigations into China every day. The CIA considers the Chinese government the most significant geopolitical threat to America in this century.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

During the last 2 years of the second Gulf War, I worked as a defense contractor in Iraq. I was shocked when some of the Iraqi pilots I was training said they would rather kill me than have me teach them. While based in Kirkuk I took part in weekly prayer meetings with Kurdish Christians. We seemed to have much in common, but I was again shocked when we talked about the Gulf War and they became very upset. They blamed the U.S. for disrupting their way of life and causing them more problems. They said it was not perfect under Saddam Hussein but at least, their quality of life was better than what it had become. I left Kabul, Afghanistan on 17 April 2021. I worked as a defense contractor in Afghanistan for more than 8 years and 6 of those years in Kabul. We drove to work through Abby gate 6 days a week. Living and working in Afghanistan we all became intimately familiar with everything going on. All contractors were ordered out of Afghanistan by the end of May 2021 after a Mi-17 helicopter with a beloved Afghan crew we trained was shot down on 18 March by an advanced Chinese-made laser-guided missile. U.S. Intel knew who shot down the aircraft but lost track of the missiles 2-week later after they arrived in Kabul. The U.S. does not seem to be interested in fighting terrorism after giving up Afghanistan to the Taliban. If the world experiences a resurgence in terrorism the U.S. will need to work with NATO and other strategic alliances to end terrorism. NATO must continue adding more countries into the alliance. We need to work with NATO to create a 10 million personnel fighting force as a deterrent. Track and stop the flow of money from nations that fund terrorism. Lockdown the accounts and go after the individuals’ who provide the funds. Help problematic countries overcome poverty to stop their poor from joining terrorist groups. Stop the movement of terrorists. Most Taliban in Afghanistan entered through Pakistan and were funded by Saudis. After the defeat of ISIS in Syria, thousands of ISIS made their way to Afghanistan through Iran. Once in Afghanistan they became known as ISIS-K, recruited thousands more members, and took control of regions in the north and east of Afghanistan not occupied by the Taliban. Permit diplomatic talks to seek the means to end a country’s support of terrorists. If diplomatic relations fail, complete isolation and embargo of the countries supporting terrorism until verified proof all their terrorist support/activities are terminated. As a last resort, the leaders of a nation facing a military force of 10 million personnel will gladly make concessions to end terrorist ties in exchange for peace.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

I worked with AMO agents along the borders of Arizona and Texas. We provided communications and overwatch using the sensors on the aircraft to track and report illegal activity to CBP agents on the ground. Democrats say we need technology, not walls. Multiple layers of the most advanced technology are utilized, and I can assure you the only thing that works is walls. When we have open borders and a catch and release policy the word gets out and millions enter the U.S. illegally each year.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

The Appropriations Clause of the Constitution gives Congress the power to withhold federal funds as a check on the Executive branch. If the House and Senate could ever be convinced to pass a law to withhold funds from sanctuary cities and states it would likely general numerous laws suits and court appeals until ruled on by the Supreme Court. I believe a law like this could pass SCOTUS because of the hundreds of billions of dollars illegal immigrants cost the U.S. every year.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

America should only allow immigration based on current U.S. asylum and immigration laws; however, changes are needed. Asylum laws were created based on war and are outdated. Typically, during war refugees end up in border countries and seek asylum. We need to change that part of the law being exploited by illegal immigrants. Asylum seekers to the U.S. must go to a U.S. embassy in their country where they can make a request for asylum. Housing accommodation may need to be made available in secure areas for asylum seekers who claim their lives are under threat. The U.S. naturalizes 1 million immigrants each year and tens of thousands of asylum seekers. That is more than all other countries. These new American citizens do it the legal way and wait years in line during the process. The Obama/Biden administration claimed they decreased the undocumented workers in the U.S. from 11 million to 10 million over the 8 years of their administration. Their open border and catch and release policies resulted in more than 1 million immigrants coming into the U.S. every year during the last 5 years of their administration. In 2018, MIT and Yale both did research studies confirming more than 22 million people were in the U.S. illegally. The Democratic party’s support of illegal immigration to make low-wage workers available for U.S. businesses is as shameful as slavery. Having worked with CBP I can attest many immigrants die along the way. Thousands of young girls are sold into slavery each year. Millions of illegal immigrants are stuck in an underground society, unable to report crimes to the police, unable to seek proper medical, and stuck in low-wage jobs with little hope for change. We need to set up processes similar to other countries in the world to properly hire international workers. In UAE for example, 78% of the people in that country are Third Country Nationals (TCN). People UAE recruits from employment companies within their home country. Workers are allowed to emigrate as long as they follow the countries laws and meet the requirements of their work visas. America could do something similar, but we must account for the 30 million people here in the U.S. illegally. My program promotes issuing them what I call a Yellowcard. It is similar to a Greencard but only gives workers the right to remain in the U.S. and travel to and from their home country if they meet specific requirements. It does not make them citizens or give them the right to vote. I would give the illegal population a deadline to meet the requirements or be deported back to their home country. Check out www.USCF.Life for more information on USCF Immigration Reform.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

While I support LGTB rights I do not support their methods. Dr. Kinsey was a gay man who published research claiming 10% of the U.S. population is gay. In 1999, the LGTB community was offended when research proved it was only 3%. LGTB organized and vowed to make 10% of America gay. In 2005, DoEd pushed gay pride in our public schools claiming it would end child suicides. This is why many of our children have gender dysphoria now and suicide rates have increased every year since then.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is the worst of all the big liberal lies. Anyone who has lived or worked in other countries knows America is the most diverse and least racist country on the planet. Liberals want minorities to think they are the victim and Democrats are the heroes that will save them. If minorities are the victims, then the white race is the oppressor and the enemy. By dividing Americans into oppressed and oppressors, liberals assume they can control everyone through fear and intimidation, and it worked.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian Conservative. I grew up poor, on welfare, with domestic violence. By any standard, I should not have been successful in life. I led a self-indulgent liberal life until I was 22. I had a good job, money, and friends, but I was unhappy. I blamed God for all my problems and challenged God saying, you claim the truth will set me free if you exist prove it! God lovingly responded, read the Bible. Reading the Bible opened my eyes to all truths. God asked me, do you understand? It was a joyous and resounding, YES! Since then, God’s grace has led me through the most wonderful life. God speaks to all of us and guides us through our consciousness, our spirit, not our ears. One only has to be willing to listen.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

In 2008, the Supreme Court ruled 6-to-3 that states’ voter ID laws were legal and do not violate the Voter’ Rights Act. Since then, Democrats have filed numerous lawsuits against the 34 states with voter ID laws. Lower courts hear the lawsuits and shut down state laws. The SCOTUS reviews and has upheld state voter ID laws every year since 2008. All American citizens have photo IDs because we know they are required for just about everything we do. Why are Democrats really afraid of voter ID?

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Gerrymandering is political corruption and must be made illegal. After the census, electoral districts are redrawn due to shifting populations. Computers must be used to redistrict boundaries based on county lines to the max extent possible. Where county lines are not practical, boundaries are created by increasing concentric circles of the population. Limit campaign and PAC funding. 21 January 2010, SCOTUS ruled 5-4 that limiting campaign funding by wealthy elitists was a violation of their 1st Amendment right to free speech!?! Money is power, not speech. In 2020, seven liberal elitists spent $3 billion to influence the outcome of the presidential election. How did that work out for us average citizens? Who’s vote really counted? I will work to change campaign financing and write legislation that can stand up to SCOTUS scrutiny. No individual, including elitists, can donate more than $500 per year to any political office or PAC. No organization may donate to any political candidate or PAC on behalf of its members. If an organization chooses to donate to the political process, it will provide all its members’ equal access. Under my United States Citizen Fund (USCF) program, I make available up to $1,000 per year to every registered voter. Lobbying of politicians must end. After spending 5 years in office a politician can be vested in retirement and then get hired and paid millions as a lobbyist. The lobbying process can present new ideas and improvements, but they usually only favor the interest groups. The wining and dining of politicians must end. A lobbyist can make a written proposal on behalf of their organization and then submit it to the appropriate government agency for review. This way there is a written record, and it puts an end to the back door deals that promote corruption. If the agency review of the proposal is in the interest of the people and it benefits the organization, it becomes a win for both. Force politicians to run based on merit. No paid political advertising by any media source until after the primary. Any media that gives free campaign time to a political candidate must give equal time to all other political candidates for the same office. Candidates may campaign in person, use their campaign website, and any of their social media accounts to express their ideas at any time. Pass legislation that social media can never restrict access to any individual running for or holding government office. Rank choice voting. No limit on the total number of political candidates per office during the primary election except; if the candidates are registered members of a political party, then that party is restricted to a maximum of 2 candidates for that office. During the primary, all voters rank the candidates in the order of favorite (#1) to least favorable. Voters will have access to a picture and a short campaign message from each candidate in the privacy of their voting booth. Top 3 candidates with the most votes during the primary will move on to the final election. During the final election voters must rank all 3 candidates in the order they favor. If none of the candidates obtain more than 50% of the votes, then the last-place candidate will be removed and have their votes given to the other 2 candidates based on the ranking they received. This selection process ensures the voter’s votes actually count and elections are less influence by political slander, lobbyists, and elitist financing. End political parties. George Washington warned against political parties. Thomas Jefferson said parties will always devolve into a 2-party system, one against the other. When Jefferson became President, he fired every Federalist Party staffer putting an end to the Federalist party. The 2-party system is a force of human nature and will always result in corruption. Term limits. Federalist Essay 10 should be required reading for every U.S. citizen. Founding fathers believed our political system would mature over time with the best and wisest becoming politicians who would solve problems after a short time in office. Limiting Senators to 2 five-year terms and Representatives to 3 two-year terms is too short for them to become effective in office. If we want politicians to vote on limiting their terms, we must give them something better to work with. Military can collect retirement after 20 years, 25 for government workers, civilian jobs 30-40 years. Politicians become fully vested in their retirement after 5 years. I propose politicians can hold office no more than 40 years. Ideally, a Representative or Senator would spend 20 years at the state level and then move on to 20 years at the federal level, or 20 years as a Representative at state or federal level, and then 20 years as a Senator at state or federal. After 20 years a politician could retire with 60% base pay or add 2% more base pay for every year after 20. Many more changes are needed than space allows for explanation here.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations were paid by the 2,750,000 northerners who left their loved ones, struggling for survival under the most unbearable conditions, fighting the bloodiest war of history to end world slavery. Reparations were paid by the 323,000 northerners who gave up their lives to end slavery in America. Reparations were paid by the 20 million men, women, and children of the north who sacrificed everything so all people could live free in America. Many of them would never see their loved ones again.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism is not a threat to domestic security in the United States because it is not systemic. The lie constructed by democrats that all white people are racists is a very serious threat to America. This lie demonstrates why liberal logic is considered an oxymoron. If racism is a problem in America, how do you win over the people you need to solve the problem by alienating them and calling them your enemy. The real reason the democratic party is pushing the big lie of racism is to distract from America’s true history. By gaslighting some Americans while feigning righteousness toward others, democrats know they can divide Americans one against another, create mass hysteria, and distract from their failures. Andrew Jackson, the first democratic president was a slave trader with more than 300 slaves on his plantation. President Jackson is most notoriously known for the Trail-of-Tears where he broke treaties with Native Americans forcing them to resettle west of the Mississippi River. Thousands of men, women, and children died along the way. Jackson knew forcing Indians west would create conflict with settlers justifying military intervention. Every democratic president after Jackson prior to Lincoln broke treaties, forced more Native Americans westward, and sent in the U.S. Army when there were conflicts. Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican president ended slavery and promised tribal leaders he would work to reform the Indian system. Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Boothe, a Democrat, before he could carry out his promise. When Vice President Andrew Johnson, a Democrat, became president he worked with southerners trying to restore slavery. Johnson’s effort was defeated by the Republican-led Congress in 1866. It was Democrats who created Jim Crow laws and Republicans who fought against them. By 1900, 22 black Republicans served in Congress and hundreds of black men were elected to state legislatures. Democrats did not elect a black person to office until 1935. Democrats have a long history with the Ku Klux Klan dating back to its founding. The KKK was dying out until President Wilson, a Democrat, revived it by showing the film, The Birth of a Nation, at the White House. Wilson forced segregation of all government agencies under his administration. The Democratic Party elected numerous KKK members to office including 7 Senators, 3 Representatives, 3 Governors, a Supreme Court Justice, 2 Presidents, and hundreds of state elected officials. It was the Republican party that tried to pass Federal anti-lynching laws but was stopped by Democrats. The Republican party created the first Civil Rights Act (CRA) in 1957 and Democrats tried to stop it. Lyndon Johnson was Senate Majority leader who presided over Strom Thurman’s record-setting one-person filibuster. It was the Republican party who got the 1964 CRA passed and Democrats who opposed it. President Johnson wanted the CRA as he said, blacks will be voting democratic for the next 200 years. In 1988 Biden campaigned in Alabama, stating, we were on the South's side in the Civil War and bragged he was good friends with Democrat Governor Wallace. July 2010, VP Joe Biden delivered the eulogy for Senator Robert Byrd who was a KKK Grand Wizard. Biden claimed Senator Byrd was a close friend and mentor when he was a young Senator. Biden said when in the presence of Senator Byrd, I never called him Senator Byrd, I always called him Leader. Critical Race Theory claims only the U.S. benefitted economically from slavery. Slavery existed worldwide for 9,000 years before the white race organized to bring it to an end, more specifically white Christians of Europe. People of all cultures and civilizations have been slaves or slaveholders at some point in their history and all have benefited from their exploitation. Islam would have died out completely if not for their control over slave trade. Slave trade was the main commodity of African tribal leaders for thousands of years before the trans-Atlantic slave trade. Portugal brought 65%, Spain 35% of slaves to the New World, and England only 265,000 to the New Colonies. All northern states abolished slavery by 1804 and most new free citizens preferred to remain with their former owners because of their working relationships. In the early 1800’s England paid Spain and Portugal billions to end the slave trade. England had to hire Pirates, called Buccaneers, to enforce the treaties. In 1805, when U.S. Marines defeated Barbary pirates in North Africa, Muslims simply moved control of slave trade to Madagascar. The American Civil War created a domino effect of countries abolishing slavery. Muslim countries came in last with Saudi Arabia in 1962, while 3 still refused. The Global Slavery Index shows slavery still exists in most countries except predominantly white countries. Instead of condemning the white race, the world should take look at itself and thank the white race for its efforts to end slavery.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

President Carter promised he would make America energy independent. When he took office, the U.S. was 30% dependent on foreign oil and 70% dependent when he left office. The U.S. became energy independent in 2019 and 2020 largely due to fracking. Fracking made the extraction of natural gas more cost-effective. CO2 emissions were reduced by 22% in the U.S. since 2005 by converting power plants to natural gas. That is more CO2 reduction than all of Europe accomplished since the 1997 Kyoto protocol

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Climate alarmists have made thousands of predictions about the weather, and none have come true. Environmentalists said glaciers would disappear by 2012, they’re still here. Al Gore said the Arctic polar ice cap would be completely gone by 2013. In 2014, environmentalists went to the artic to measure its thickness to prove that it was diminishing. They nearly died and had to be rescued but found the ice cap was more than twice as thick as climate scientists predicted. It seems environmentalists would rather terrorize our children and threaten anyone who does not believe as they do than come up with rational reasons for utilizing clean energy. Their catastrophe theory of running out of oil did not work so they adopted global warming. When science showed the planet was not warming, they adopted climate change. Liberals want you to think you are a victim and they are the heroes that will save you. If you are a victim, then you must have an oppressor who is your enemy. By dividing people into believers and non-believers, liberals assume they can control you through fear and confusion. When fictional climate disaster movies like The Day After Tomorrow or Geostorm come out the next day thousands of people across the U.S. are demonstrating in the streets about global warming. Climate alarmists tell us the weather is worse than it has ever been but know nothing about weather history. The weather now is no different than it has ever been since before industrialization. Natural disasters appear to the naive as worsening weather due to the increase in population and people continuing to live in weather-hazard-prone areas. In fact, deaths due to natural disasters have decreased 90% over the last 100 years. Humans have been on earth for about 250,000 years and during that time, the CO2 content of the atmosphere was always about 200 parts per million up until recently. During the ice age, 12,000 years ago Earth was 10°C colder than it is now. Sea levels were 400 feet lower due to glaciation. During the Roman warming period, the temperature was 2.5°C warmer than today. During the Medieval warming period, the temperature was 1.5°C warmer which is the same temperature that IPCC says we can never exceed if we are going to save the planet. During all these drastic temperature changes on Earth, the CO2 levels remained constant at 200 ppm. Climate Alarmists say if we don’t end the use of fossil fuels now, we will repeat the Eocene hothouse. That event took tens of millions of years to occur and if you study the data, temperature increases occurred before the CO2 levels began to increase. During the 2 snowball Earth events, the temperature of the planet was -50°C with CO2 levels greater than 3,000 ppm. Milutin Milankovic proved to real scientists that the only events that affect the temperature of Earth are Milankovitch cycles, not CO2 levels. Milankovitch cycles describe the Earth’s eccentricity, tilt, and axial precession in relation to the Sun over time. Milankovic demonstrated how every period of the Earth’s warming and glaciation were directly correlated to these cycles. While I support clean energy sources, they are not for the same reasons as climate alarmists. The U.S. energy grid is more than 40 years old with 25% of the grid online for more than 50 years. The current U.S. electrical grid has a 45% efficiency which wastes 55% of the energy produced. Our energy grid is decades overdue for replacement and virtual power plants are a good, clean energy option if we can ever convince power companies to go for it. Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles have come a long way and are engineered for maximum efficiency. The best efficiency of ICE vehicles is still only 65%, Electric Vehicles (EV) have a 95% efficiency. Hydrogen fuel is showing promise as a more realistic option for aviation. It is not possible to reach 100% clean energy, which is why I support 50% clean energy sources, 30% oil and natural gas, and 20% nuclear energy by 2050. There is a very good chance we will have Deuterium-Tritium Fusion Reactors online by then. Environmentalists say we need to change over to 100% green energy because it will create jobs. It takes 400-500 workers 1-2 years to set up solar and wind farms. It takes less than 20 workers to maintain them. Clean energy is cost-prohibitive above 50%. At the 50%-point costs for production and maintenance goes up exponentially. Mining and refining resources to the extent needed would do more harm to the planet than our use of fossil fuels could ever do. Research shows we would spend $1,000 trillion to get close to 100% clean energy and only reduce the Earth’s temperature by 0.9°C. Or we could choose to spend less than $1 trillion on CO2 sequestration and have complete control over the CO2 level in the atmosphere. So, what are the real reasons liberals espouse global warming?

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

I was raised as a Kennedy Democrat, but I consider myself to be a Christian Conservative and mostly voted that way. I am probably closer to a moderate now due to my life’s work of research as I thoroughly understand all issues from both a conservative and liberal perspective. I am fiscally conservative and socially liberal; however, as a Christian, I cannot support abortion but do support LGTB issues as long as they stop coercing our children.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I am too new to politics to have any such credentials; however, I have offered my ideas for solutions to America’s problems to hundreds of politicians across the U.S. since June of 2000. None seems interested so I can only speculate they fear losing power more than they fear the problems they created. I have also discussed my ideas with thousands of Americans from all walks of life since then. Everyone loved my ideas and would tell me I should run for office. I told them I don’t know if I can be a politician because I would not be able to lie to my constituents. I now feel compelled to run for office because America is so divided, and our problems have reached the point of no return unless my ideas can be implemented.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

As mentioned before politicians broke everything in America, so I have a strong desire to fix everything. My priorities in order are tax reform, paying off the national debt, entitlement and welfare reform, education reform, livable wage, and job reform, criminal justice/legal system reform, healthcare reform, political reform, and more to follow. Go to www.USCF.Life to learn more about my ideas for change.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

America has a cop problem. Prior to 2008 police shootings averaged 350 and SWAT raids 3,000, by 2013 more than 1,200 were killed by police and over 55,000 SWAT raids. Cops cannot kill unarmed civilians simply for not following instructions. States & FBI must resume investigating police misconduct, not local PD. All police must be bonded and held liable, not taxpayers.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

America has a serious crime problem. When Democrats refuse to comply with border laws or enforce laws in communities why would civilians obey laws? Democrats claim crime has decreased by not tracking the crimes they refuse to enforce. Not enforcing crime causes an increase in those crimes, drug use, and mental health issues in communities, typically poorer areas. We don’t need to defund the police, they need better training on dealing with people with mental health issues.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The states and federal government have passed more than 30,000 laws specifically related to gun control and gun violence in America has only increased. America ranks around the 50% range of all countries in the world with regard to crime and murder. We are at the very bottom when compared to industrialized nations. We will never solve America’s gun violence if we do not understand the root of the problem. Guns are not the problem; people are the problem. When citizens lose their rights to self-protection crime, violence, and murder increase as demonstrated by human history. To solve crime and gun violence we must improve education, fix the broken welfare programs, and restore the broken criminal justice system. To solve the suicide problem of which men have the highest rates and guns are the most common method we must eliminate the tax burden, fix the economy and jobs, fix healthcare and mental health care, and restore people’s sense of purpose in life. America has many more problems to fix so please go to www.USCF.Life to see how we can work together to make America better for all.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

80% of gun crimes are committed by criminals with stolen guns. A report by ATF found 85% of gun dealers had no guns used in crimes traced back to them while 1% of gun dealers had 60% of guns traced to them. Car and alcohol manufactures are not held accountable when a drunk driver kills someone. No manufacture has ever been held liable for a crime committed by a consumer. If gun manufacturers are held liable then every manufacture could potentially be sued for the actions of a consumer.
