EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism on its own is not a threat to our security. The use of racism to divide people or to promote an issue is a threat to the security of the United States. Unfortunately, racism has not yet been eradicated and as Martin Luther King Jr. stated, "we must continue to remove it from our society".

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
