What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The term "wall of separation of church and state" was from a letter that Thomas Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptist Church. The phrase is not from the Constitution, is not a law, nor a part of any law. It has repeatedly been taken out of context and used to mislead courts for over 60 years to take away the freedoms of Christians to pray, to worship, and even to have public displays of their beliefs. The original meaning was to prevent the government from taking over the church, and turn it against the people, not to keep religious beliefs out of the public process.

I am Christian, and believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the birth, life, and sacrifice of Jesus Christ upon a cross. I believe in His resurrection life and His gift of of eternal life that He freely offers to all of us if we believe in Him, and His sacrifice upon the cross for our salvation.

As a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, I swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, and I am still willing to protect and defend the Constitution of this great country, and ALL of it's amendments concerning our freedoms of speech, religion, the right to bear arms, and the other amendments as they were written, over last 200 years.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My schooling began at Red Rock Elementary in 1955, then moved to Avondale Elementary in 1959, graduated in 1963. Agua Fria High School, graduated in 1967. Glendale Community College until 1969, when I joined the Navy during the Vietnam War. U.S. Navy Avionics "A" School, graduated 1970. Northern Arizona University, no degree, 1974-75. Coconino Community College, qualified as an Emergency Medical Technician, 1997.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
My history: I am a multigenerational Arizona native with ancestry dating back into the early 1700's. I am a practical, common sense person. A Vietnam Veteran, a retired rancher, and I possess strong character and cultural values that embody the best of the rural background that I came from. My parents were farmers, and I worked as a cowboy, ranch manager, equipment operator, and truck driver for ranches across Arizona for over 38 years. The last 3 and 1/2 years I've been a County Supervisor in Coconino County.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1.) Term limits for all elected officials. 2.) A state balanced budget without unfunded mandates for counties or cities. 3.) Whenever a declaration by local or state government elected officials occurs, be it for health, natural disaster, or martial law, those elected officials should have their income withheld proportionally to those in the private sector who have lost theirs, so we would truly "all be in it together".
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I think not. Racism has been a very real problem in our past, however, the recent trends show that it is much less of a real problem, and tolerance of races for one another is more and more acceptable, especially among the young. However, a psychological barrier exists in the minds of some, and of those who would use racism for political purposes.
