QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
To tackle this problem, common-sense modernization is needed to begin to put our future commitments back on a manageable path. The answer lies in taking a page from private sector investors and allowing current and future members of the American workforce to begin saving for themselves in private accounts. The infrastructure, mechanisms, and benefits are available already. We simply need the willpower to make it a reality. Workers should get to set aside a percentage of their social security payroll deductions into private 401k accounts in return for reducing the value of their future social security payments. This can be accomplished over a 30 year window as we phase current workers 50 and under slowly off of their guaranteed benefits in exchange for the freedom to have their own personal retirement accounts.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
There are no circumstances in which taxpayers should pay off student loans that were voluntarily taken to pay for education. I do believe that we should have caps on both interest rates and total maximum borrowing for federal loans, so that government can stop subsidizing the cost of college and not treat our loan holders as indentured servants to the state with high interest rates.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
No Answer
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Current and future Medicare benefits can remain secure while allowing workers to begin saving in private Health Spending Accounts, allowing them the flexibility of reducing payroll contributions now in exchange for forgoing guaranteed benefits in the future. Freedom of savings in HSA's and the reduction of reliance on the federal government are key in solving this issue for future generations. As with Social Security modernization, we would begin phasing workers 50 and under out for a 30 year window.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
