What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
In the purest sense my answer is D. However, in the state we are in now, I believe it will take some "walking back" to get where we need to be, it cannot be a simple "ripping of the bandaid" approach. Under no circumstance should government get more involved.

College is not for everyone and I believe each person is responsible for choosing their own path. Giving free college on the backs of taxpayers is unfair to the majority, impractical, financially imprudent, and financial responsibility should be the on the individuals that choose to go that route.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I have many years of being a ratepayer advocate, including my multi-year successful fight with Johnson Utilities. I have also started my on-the-job training by becoming a Policy Advisor to one of the commissioners at the Corporation Commission. While I have many priorities, there are four main points that are often discussed: 1) removing mandates, 2) removing subsidies, 3) pushing policy making back to the legislature (where it belongs), and 4) paving the regulatory path for new forms of energy generation (such as, but not limited to micro/modular nuclear).
