Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I don't like any abortion. However, in a case of rape or incest or the life of the mother is in peril I think that counseling can be helpful but I would not second guess the final decision of the woman involved. In those cases we need to deal compassionately with the woman's decision. We need to be understanding and respectful of that woman's rights and feelings. That decision should be between her and God.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Power corrupts, even shared power sometimes. We have a Republican form of government because a pure Democracy can quickly become a dictatorship. The way it was designed each branch has a responsibility and it is primarily to keep tabs on the other two.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I am a man of faith in Jesus The Christ. I go to church to be in fellowship with other people of faith. I believe we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. I believe in the Bible as a way to find direction in my life and do my best to follow it's teachings. If you are not a Christian I still believe I should treat you as I want to be treated. I want a better life for all of people and not just some people.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I hate these boxes we put each other into. Conservative, liberal. I'm a practical man who understands why we are divided. We should all be independent and pick the better candidate. Not vote for them because of the party they belong to. If we all registered as Independent no political party could take our vote for granted. I really want to represent the taxpayers. They keep this train moving with hard work and they pay the freight too. Let's treat their money with the fiduciary responsibility that it is and not like there is no end to it. I hate wast in government. I proved it when I served on the Neshaminy School Board from 2012 to 2016. We left that district in better financial shape than we found it. The grades were higher when we left the school buildings more comfortable and safer. We improved the education and with no tax increase.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

This is easy. Make the state a great place to do business. Tax incentives that are permanent if they hire Pennsylvania residents. Give companies incentives to train displaced workers who might have an aptitude for their business. Hire more people in the employment offices to help find the unemployed work. Give them a bonus for people they help who remain on that job that they helped them to find. Let's not take away benefits from a person if they find a job but could still use some help until they get promoted. Make people aware of public tech schools. Maybe give adults a manageable fee to learn a trade or some skills to get them a decent paying job. I have lots of ideas.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I think if people paid a fee or a monthly payment directly to the Doctors and hospitals it would be a good deal less expensive. If we cut the paperwork burden from doctors and hospitals. Torte reform. I can go on and on but that would be a great start.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government should stay out as much as possible. Having said that I know there are things government can assist with. Try to do business with people who live in and are headquartered in Pa. Be business friendly. Roll back regulations. And be advocates for our state and the businesses who work here. Also everything I have stated in answering other questions.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

My time on the school board. Also my life long interest and pursuit to learn how the economy works. My purpose in that study was to find a way to help people to become successful. My management experience. I see problems as a challenge and not burden and I have a lifetime of experience and the the strength of character necessary to solve the issues we face. I will not back away from something I believe to be right. But I will listen with an open mind.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Will Rogers once said; "It ain't that people are ignorant it's just that they know too many things that ain't so." I have always endeavored to be sure that it's so and then move forward. If I find out that I was wrong. I will admit it. I want to fix the mess in Harrisburg. I do not owe anyone and I will work with whom-ever will work with me. If they won't work with me. I'll take my case to the voters and try to rally them. I want to give everyone a chance to be successful. That is my mission in life.
