QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should only be allowed until the evidence of a heart beat. A good way to prevent abortions is to make birth control medications and devices available to all at no charge. Additionally, adoption procedures should be made easier, cheaper and safer for the adoptive parents.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
By paying back the $3 trillion or so from the General Fund into the Social Security Trust Fund and guaranteeing that it will never be used for anything other than it's original intent.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Stop supporting countries that do not support us. Immediately stop providing support for illegal immigrants Stop ALL pork barrel spending
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
None
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
That the actions of each should not be abridged by the other except in cases wherein the actions violate the law.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Agree
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
The most important part of health care is 'health maintenance' I would propose a program wherein each citizen and legal resident pay $40/mo for this program which allows NO cost doctor visits (general practitioners, specialists, optometrist, audiologists and dentists) as well as no cost prescription coverage. That amount would be equivalent to $144 Billion/year. There is one caveat. Being that the majority of hospital care aside from genetic issues or accidents is the result of smoking or obesity, those persons must partake in smoking cessation programs or weight reduction programs.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
We are doing most of what we can do. Unfortunately, this threat is the result of a religious belief and short of eradicating all Muslims, we will have to live with this threat. It concerns me, though, that although our constitution allows and encourages all religious beliefs, it seems to me that those that preach, teach and proselytize the death of all those that do not believe or convert to their religion and have internal laws contrary to those of this country should be outlawed.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We have long standing immigration laws and they must be strictly abided by.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in and practice daily the 10 commandments and the golden rule.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. I believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals and the safety and security to do so.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I love this country as it has given me the opportunity to do things few other people have done. Now it's my turn to give back by helping to steer this country in the direction of unity and as my tag line quotes,"Truth, Justice and the American Way."
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
ALL firearms transfers should be made through licensed firearms dealers accompanied by a comprehensive background check and 3-5 day waiting period.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Disagree
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Gun Control - Enacting a law requiring ALL firearm transfers to be made through a licensed firearms dealer and to include a comprehensive background check and 3-5 day waiting period Global Warming - Exacting tariffs or disincentives on the nations comprising the other 94% of the land mass of this earth that do little to combat global warming themselves. Health Care - by implementing a 'health maintenance' program for all.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I must live in a fog, because I don't see racism in my daily life, though I work with people of many races. I don't think it's a threat, but I do think there are ways to diminish it. If we're going to focus on the African American community here, we need to start with incentives for education, family unity and opportunity.
