Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
The Bible is God's word - every dotted i and crossed T. God is the creator and His son, Jesus Christ came to save us from our sins. God is a loving and forgiving God - but there are consequences to behavior. Our country is based and founded on these values - God has blessed us because of these values and also because we have blessed Israel. When we stop blessing Israel and allow our core values to diminish I fear God's blessing may be removed.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I was the author of the bill putting "Under God " in the Texas pledge. I also authored "Jessica's Law" with the strongest punishment of those who would harm our children. I had a major role in passing many of our laws protecting our 2nd Amendment rights - like joint authoring Open Carry law. I have passed major pro-life bills and received awards for passing those bills. Helping to pass our defense of marriage law was major and determining the definition of marriage being marriage between one natural man and one natural woman.

Additional comment from candidate:
It is my honor to serve the people of District 150. My first priority has always been to vote and behave in a way that honors God and the people in my District. Please refer to question 12 is confusing - we do NOT have a pure democracy - we have a representative democracy - that is why I did not agree.
