QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I do not believe that abortions should be elective for any reason. I do believe that if the life of the mother is in jeopardy, the mother should be treated. If the child is viable when the mother's life is in jeopardy, I believe the doctor owes both the mother and the unborn a duty.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would like to see reform of the State agencies, I believe that agencies are unaccountable to the electorate and always seem to need funding, I believe that if we reduce the size and scope of the agencies then we can reduce some of our spending.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

No Answer

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

That the Government can not pass a law establishing a particular religion. This does not infringe upon a person's right to practice religion in a public place, such as at their place of employment or in their educational environment.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

This is more of a federal issue, but I definitely support any congressional candidate in my district that is willing to tackle the AMA, the insurance lobby and big Pharma.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Federal Issue, I believe that people who enter the country legally and who follow the steps necessary to obtain citizenship should be allowed to immigrate. I would also like to see the federal government do a thorough background check as well as a social media review before allowing people to enter our nation.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Promotion of the LGBT agenda in public schools, including teaching of “sexual orientation” and “gender identity”, is completely inappropriate and should be opposed at the state and local level.

Agree

I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the most important of all?” Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” —Mark 12:28-31 I am a Christian, who believes we should love each other as one's self, regardless of our differences. I do not believe that it is my job to pass judgment on others, nor do I believe that the government can legislate morality. I believe that we as Christians should be followers of Christ's teaching and by doing so we can lead people to Christ.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

“If you analyze it, I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals — if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is.”? Ronald Reagan I believe in a limited central government. I believe that this limitation should extend to the State governments as well. Regarding Texas, I have concerns with the state and agency expansion and not seeing any actual positive results of the expansion. We continue to throw good money at bad solutions. I support local control for the sole purpose of people being able closely monitor the ruling class, unlike other levels where propaganda promotes fear.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

In 2006, I became a licensed Texas Attorney. I have been a prosecutor representing the state and I have represented people in private practice. My career track has allowed me to see the perspective of both the state and the people. I know the work that needs to be done and I hope to reestablish trust between the government and the people.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I believe that people are capable of being self sufficient and I do not believe that the government should be replacing the church and providing our moral guidance. We need to quit idolizing politicians and big money. I am running for the middle class. I would love to see the party to continue to grow and I want people to stand up for themselves. I have my absolute strong hard line positions. I am PRO 2A. I am PRO LIFE. I am PRO FAMILY. I want to see our communities heal and I do not want to be inflammatory towards any particular group. As long as follow the teachings of Christ, I do not believe we can go wrong. As for the marriage question above, I believe marriage is religious ceremony and I do not feel that a marriage license is necessary, nor do I believe we need a drivers license.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

No additional changes, I support constitutional carry.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Agree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

CPS reform Decriminalization of marijuana (takes control of a major cartel industry, taxable and reduces jail population) Constitutional Carry Tax Reform, Education

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I believe racism is an issue in our country and I believe that the previous administration and institutions who promote victimization have made it worse. I believe that although inflammatory at times, Trump has done a great job at showing people the truth in our government. I do not believe that the Federal government is the only one that has a deep state. I believe we have establishments at all levels; state and local.
