RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
In very isolated circumstances only when the dying person requests, such a wish could be honored
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
- Mother and the unborn are in clear danger of death during the delivery - The unborn may have serious deformities due to the known drugs/medications used or prescribed by the doctor - If mother was in a serious accident which by the opinion of the administering doctor will result in the not fully formed unborn
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
If followed, the current separation of state and church works reasonably well, but I favor following the church principles rather than the state being elevated to the level of God.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C, but in all situations I am for the power of diplomacy at its finest rather than the use of military to resolve small regional conflicts. We should allow only the United Nations deal with the regional conflicts and the United States should interfere only at the request of the UN participating countries. The decision to go to war should be exercised only if the security of the United is severely threatened or compromised.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Today Russia is not our our enemy, the China is and the sooner we realize this the better we will be. In short, China is pursuing very forcefully the Marxist agenda/solutions, Russia has abandoned that route long ago.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
All countries that actively support any form of terrorism should be vigorously sanctioned by the international communities on all levels.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Not every person can be vaccinated and often for health reasons, so I do not prescribe to the blanket use of vaccinations. We should cautiously guard individual freedoms and most definitely all privates enterprises should be exempt. The privates enterprises should follow guidelines of the own.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
We should eliminate the practice of "stealing from Peter to pay Paul"
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Just as each citizen is expected to live within the budget limits, also the government should do the same Simple principle - do not spent the money you do not have. We should stop pretending that we a rich country by piling debt by uncontrolled money printing presses or uncontrolled borrowing from foreign countries.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Double down on reducing/eliminating burdensome government/state regulations Reducing the corporate taxes to 17% and individual taxes to 22% by way of Singapore with world highest GDP of $90,000. Reducing number Eliminate existing loopholes in the tax system and simplify the tax code(e.g. reduce the number of tax brackets) Provide tax incentives for companies relocating from abroad. Eliminate death taxes where they exist. Reduce state taxes to a minimum and under 8% or lower.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
What defines a country are its own borders to prevent indiscriminate flooding by immigrants that may not even share our principles value system. The reason they come because on the day one we want to give them our very generous social benefits.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Unless mandates by a humanitarian response to crisis situations, we should follow our immigrations guidelines to allow immigrants that share our values, and they will not become a burden to our own country, and follow the immigration process, e.g. it took me 10 years from the moment my family decided to immigrate from Poland up to the moment I become a citizen of the United States. By the way, we all were also tested to verify our health conditions. I am strongly on favor of overhauling our 100 year old immigration system to meet our 21 century challenges and economic needs since we do need immigrants to fuel our economy. I outline my concept of the modernized immigration system on my website www,caseyforsenate.com
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
In case of police misconduct we should apply disciplinary actions only, unless in extremely serious cases
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Just like receiving a driver's license strict rules should be followed: 1. Responsible use of the gun and the gun educated should be administered already at the high school level, and at the completion of the course 2. If requested, a proper gun registration should if at the legal age to carry gun 3. The recipient would receive a gun carrying card after comprehensive evaluation of the applicant. 4 The follow-up classes/evaluation should be scheduled each time when the gun carrying license expires
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
In Asian countries a knife is commonly used to kill people. Do they sue knife manufacturers/retailers for killing people.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
How about my voting record, since otherwise, I had no reason to prove publically that I am a conservative.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am not a politician therefore I am not trained to make empty promises using linguistic abilities of deception. I was born, raised and educated in the Socialist Poland therefore I was the witness to the utopian world of plenty and the world equality for all and the world of the international struggle of the working class to save the humanity. I would like to use these experiences from the Socialist Poland to warn America the the dangerous and perilous path where the ever present socialistic ideologies will lead us, if not to a total collapse of the society then at the very least, it will make us all very poor and revengeful. We will become enemy of each other because that their goal is their desire to control the people (although they refer to us as masses). And finally, I can prove that by working hard one can still achieve the American Dream, because mu own family is the working proof of of the of this Dream.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am one of those human beings which from the dawn of our civilization were seeking solace and spiritual comfort in the almighty. No religion teaches to steal or to kill. Each religion tries teach people to live together in harmony, and each of us to be a better person. This is good enough for me!
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would recommend to follow Delaware voting rules which make it the difficult to vote by mail or vote early. Both of these practices are licenses to steal and manipulate the voting system. No one should be allowed to donate 400 million(e.g. Zuckerberg) for election abuse purposes. How about cleaning up the voting rolls to prevent the dead or non-existent people from voting.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is not a threat to our country and despite some racial issue in our past, I believe the race was never the domestic security issue either. What makes a serious threat to our national wellbeing today is the delusional CRT which by design what to divide us all by race, region. gender and traditional family values. Instead od the old bourgeoisie then, today the new Marxist twist is the race card. You cannot change somebody's color of skin although you could make the bourgeoisie poor. The Marxists won the battle. Today , You cannot redeem yourself of being racist. By the definition of the CRT, the the racism is forever! Does it even many any sense at all?. It's all propaganda garbage to me.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. Do not kill the jobs, if you do not develop have workable environmental solutions. 330 million people will not save the plant of 8 billion people who largely do not care about environment. For each coal mine we close the Chinese are opening a new one, but but they are the signers to the strict international environmental controls. Also look at India's and Russia's practices. I also do not think that installing solar panels and windmills across our countries side and seas are the practical solutions. The clean nuclear energy is! When travelling worldwide I found that the United States is on of the most environmentally conscientious countries on the planet, and we should not feel guilty by the sins of others.
