As the only democracy in the Middle East, and one that consistently stands against Islamic extremist terrorism, Israel is one of our country’s strongest allies. After the terrorist attacks of October 2023, Israel once again came under attack by their enemies that seek to wipe the Jewish people off the map. I went to Israel after the attacks and saw what the people of Israel are up against. North Carolina and the United States must stand with Israel and the Jewish people against terrorism.

I strongly support school choice. Funding should focus on students. Since the pandemic, children are still struggling to catch up. I am honored to serve on the board of the National Rifle Association. We can do that by understanding the energy needs of our state, using what is available currently to fulfill those needs, and investing in future technologies that will provide safe and sustainable energy. We need to prioritize reducing costs, securing the electric grid from potential physical and cyber attacks as well as natural disasters, and prevent blackouts with adequate production.
