Man is an animal. Because of that, too much power in any 'one' group results in a dictatorship or oligarchy. Separating the powers prevents one group or entity from being too strong to 'take over' the rule of our Nation. One person or group should not ever be 'too powerful' to be checked by the other branches of the government.

Seeking the seat for NC Senate, District 23 (Orange and Chatham Counties). I am educated at Georgia Tech and a former member of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Program but has not served in Active Duty for our country. I volunteer frequently for both the Boy Scouts of America and the Cub Scouts in various roles. He’s been the Summer Camp Director for many years for Orange District Cub Scouts. I just completed my final year as Webelos Den Leader with Pack 821 (Chapel Hill) in 2012 as mylast child progressed into Boy Scouts with Troop 821 (Chapel Hill). I have also volunteered as a coach for YMCA soccer in Chapel Hill, taught special topics as a guest speaker at New Hope Elementary and volunteered in many other areas

I've volunteered for the NC Big Sweep in Orange County and the Orange County Republican Party.
