OTHER INFORMATION
QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If there is an absolute, and only absolute, and immediate necessity to save the physical life of the mother from expiring.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Start with Zero-Based Budgeting. Force every office in every bureau in every department to justify every dime requested of the legislature with empirical evidence of the need.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The same as it did to Thomas Jefferson: Keep government out of the Church, not the Church out of Government.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Get us back to a free market system and allow Doctors to become professionals again rather than employees of large corporations or the government. Too much detail to describe in this space, but we've got our work cut out for us on both the state and federal level.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those who have demonstrated a love for the values and traditions of America from it's founding, who have the ability to contribute to our society without being a financial or legal drain on current citizens.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a child of The Almighty God Who made mankind in His Image. He created everything and nothing was created without Him. At Mount Sinai He created the law and the principle of a covenant law from which we derive the concept of First Principles. Our Commonwealth Constitution is written with the concept and principles from that moment as the basis of the document. Jesus Is The Christ. He died for my sins and I owe Him everything. When He was challenged by the keepers of the law as to the "greatest commandment" he boiled the law down to two principles; to Love God and to Love your neighbor as yourself. "On these two hang all the law and the prophets." If we can live and govern by these two the world would be a better place.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I'm very outspoken on the Floor and in committees in order to provide clear explanations of my positions. My official Facebook and YouTube sites have clear reasoning in the form of video and written explanations. My liberal leaning friends get a clear understanding that I'm going after fraud, waste and abuse not just to "protect the taxpayer" but to ensure that the money we are taking for things the legislature determines it has the right and the need to take it actually gets to those in need. I'm easy to research because of the proliferation of items I put out there on those platforms.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I've seen the corruption, mismanagement, misfeasance, malfeasance and lack of transparency from the inside of government prior to getting into the legislature. I'm also keenly aware the whistle blower laws have little effect to protect employees who want to report wrong-doing. I've used my voice in the House to begin using Pennsylvania's unique legislative subpoena authority. In my first two terms to push for all standing committee chairs. In this term to back the creation of an oversight committee with the authority. It's starting to have an effect.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
These offices are a Trust. The people should take time to get to know us, our beliefs and where we stand on issues. Pennsylvania's Constitution of 1776 had two oaths: "I ___________ do swear (or affirm) that as a member of this assembly, I will not propose or assent to any bill, vote or resolution, which shall appear to me injurious to the people; nor do or consent to any act or thing whatever, that shall have a tendency to lessen or abridge their rights and privileges, as declared in the constitution of this state; but will in all things conduct myself as a faithful honest representative and guardian of the people, according to the best of my judgment and abilities." and "I do believe in one God, the Creator and governor of the universe, the rewarder of the good and the punisher of the wicked. And I do acknowledge the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament to be given by Divine inspiration." I believe in and have taken both even though they are not required any longer.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Nothing more than is already on the books, and perhaps eliminating some of the duplicative or conflicting laws.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Pro Life from conception Sovereignty of the Legislative branch in writing anything which has the force of law on the people (reducing/eliminating the Administrative writing of law through regulation - The People should be able to hold every law writer accountable) Transparency at all levels of governance.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Only in so far as people of any color are promoting it or using it for political advantage. We are one race, the Human Race, created in God's Image and we should behave that way.
