I support medical care for those who cannot pay, but otherwise I do not support socialized medicine.

Government should only get involved in emergencies such as natural disasters.

Replace the "progressive" (Marxist) tax code in effect since 1913 - with a straight percentage tax, equal for all incomes, after deductions. And eventually do away with income tax and return to external taxes.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Cut regulations and taxes on employers

Cease our Mideast wars which have reportedly cost us over $5 trillion since 2001, which tax money could be used to support Social Security, veterans, and other programs here in our land of America.
