What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Give teachers more lead way on teaching the subjects that they went to school to teach and not to teach for the test which is given on one day that the teacher has taught all year. Give more tax breaks to small companies instead to large corporations.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Give tax cut to small businesses as they do to large corporations to boost small towns in Mississippi. Provide post high school training for students who want to learn a skill to improve there way of life instead of a dead end job.

I'm a Christian of the Methodist faith and attend Fairview Methodist Church where my Grandparents and my father were founding members also on special events enjoy attending Algoma Baptist church.

I hold a BS degree in AG Education from MSU also very involved in several organizations in Pontotoc County. Serve a State Representative for Dist. 15 2000 to 2007.

I will do the best of my ability to serve the people of Dist.15 with the utmost pride to make Mississippi and more especially Pontotoc county a great place to call home. work history:1978 to 1982 work for Farmer Home Adm. as EM loan officer, 1982 to 1992 in partnership in family farm, regain teacher license taught school for 2 years, work as plant supervisor at a plant in Pontotoc, MS, 2000 to 2007 severed as State Representative Dist. 15, return to teaching and family farm,and return to the factory as part time worker and was promoted to plant manager, retired from the Miss.Dept.of Ag.as a meat inspector.Retired for the past 2 years working on my farm and do sub.teaching for the local school.
