QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The only instance in which abortion should be allowed is to protect the life of the mother. Circumstances of rape and incest are beyond terrible and traumatic; however, a child who is a product of rape or incest is no less beautiful and worthy of the gift of life than any other child.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.
Agree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
Strongly Agree
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
The most efficient way to bring down unemployment is to ensure that businesses have the tools and resources to grow and expand. Another important way is to improve the way we educate our children. If our children go on to achieve the best education, more of them will not only have the desire, but the knowledge and skills to perform efficiently in the workplace.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government should have a minimal role in boosting the economy. It's greatest role is to create the framework for economic success. This entails keeping taxes low on working families and small businesses. It means creating an education system that rewards our children their dreams through hard work and initiative. There should be minimal regulations so that economic growth is not stifled.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Neutral
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Neutral
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I believe that healthcare is a necessity for all Americans. One method of promoting adequate and affordable healthcare coverage is by allowing citizens to purchase coverage across state lines. Individuals will have greater choice and flexibility in the marketplace. I would ensure that employers provide insurance for their employees, but employees will have the choice to opt out and purchase their own health insurance. They way in which not to go is by forcing individuals off of their insurance plans and onto a government-run plan. I would also work to continue the expansion of medicaid done by the Governor.
NATIONAL SECURITY
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Agree
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree
EDUCATION
Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.
Neutral
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.
Strongly Agree
The LGBTQ+ political agenda poses a threat to First Amendment freedoms of speech, expression and religious exercise.
Neutral
I support expanding protections in employment and accommodations based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
Agree
If children are given instruction in sex education in public schools, it should not express a preference for abstinence but should be comprehensive, offering discussions on various types of sexual orientations and behaviors plus all types of contraceptives.
Disagree
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
America's Founders were among the most brilliant and intelligent men who have ever lived. They lived in a world where tyranny ruled and government had the final say in every aspect of their lives. Therefore, they crafted a new government that retained great power and authority to the people over their own lives. They knew that granting government only enough power would lead to greater tyranny and eventually totalitarianism.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life. It defines every decision I make in my personal life, how I treat others, and things I do on behalf of others. When I am faced with a major obstacle, I pray about it. Once I feel God has spoken in my heart, I move forward. If Jesus would not agree with something, I do not take that course of action. In regards to our public life, I believe that God should rest at the center of our government, our culture, and leadership, so as long as we demonstrate respect for those who disagree. At the same time, we do not compromise who we are to satisfy a newfound secular humanism.
ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
On economic issues, I would define my vision as center. I believe in keeping taxes low for working families, schools that honors the needs and well-being of all children while providing school choice, and accommodations for various healthcare needs. On immigration, anyone who wants to live here should do so legally. On foreign policy and nation security, I believe that our military must be strong and we must be prepared to defend ourselves both here at home and throughout the world. America must present itself as strong. On social matters, I am conservative. I believe the family rests at the center of our nations overall strength. Once the vitality of the family is threatened, so is every other aspect of our country. A child is more likely to achieve the knowledge of right and wrong, less likely to enter poverty and/or prison, and more likely to make positive decisions if he or she grows up with both mom and dad.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am a graduate from LSUA with a degree in political science. I am a motivational speaker, author, and anti-bullying and suicide prevention advocate. I have worked with young people for years, helping them to put God first, believe in themselves, and make positive decisions. I am not a career politician and not part of the corporate elite.
