QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Zero tolerance, with the exception of rape and incest and then only after consultation with clergy and, in cases of minors, their parents about options including adoption.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Agree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Facilitating the accumulation of education, life and vocational skills by individuals so that they can fully realize their God given potential. Removal of government and other barriers that inhibit individuals from achieving their God given potential.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Infrastructure, education, stop competing with the private sector for financial resources by discontinuing its debt binge, especially at the Federal level.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Neutral

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Neutral

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Agree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Elimination/reduction of costs associated with unnecessary or unnecessarily and duplicated medical tests and procedures. Health Insurance Tax Credits for those unable through no fault of their own to pay exorbitant health insurance premium and deductible costs. Permit importation of lower cost pharmaceuticals and medical tourism to countries able to provide equivalent care for far less expense.

NATIONAL SECURITY

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Agree

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Neutral

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.

Strongly Agree

The LGBTQ+ political agenda poses a threat to First Amendment freedoms of speech, expression and religious exercise.

No Answer

I support expanding protections in employment and accommodations based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.

Neutral

If children are given instruction in sex education in public schools, it should not express a preference for abstinence but should be comprehensive, offering discussions on various types of sexual orientations and behaviors plus all types of contraceptives.

Disagree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Their appeal to their Lesser Angels. Safeguards enshrined by the Constitution to reduce the inevitable tendencies of humans to expand their personal power at the expense of the general population.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My beliefs and values are based on the teachings of my personal Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I attend Church services at least once per week, and usually twice, once in my own Church, and once at other Christian Churches, including Baptist, Pentecostal, Nondenominal and other. My usual Mantra is WWJD ("What Would Jesus Do?), and NOT lost among my beliefs and values are those laid bare by no less than Jesus himself in Matthew 25: 31-46: 'Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; 35 for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.' 37 Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see thee hungry and feed thee, or thirsty and give thee drink? 38 And when did we see thee a stranger and welcome thee, or naked and clothe thee? 39 And when did we see thee

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

That every single day I will ask myself the key question noted before: WWJD. I will do in reference to Scripture, not in obedience to the words of Men whose actions bely His Word, which is truly the only Word that counts.
