QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
only in the event to save the life of the mother
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Georgia should replace the state income tax (which penalizes hard work, productivity, and savings) with a consumption tax (which will begin to tax Georgia's multi-billion underground of human traffickers, gamblers, drug dealers, and others who are paid in cash, and in doing so protect those on fixed income and poverty; the same should be done at the Federal level
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
foreign aid to countries bent on America's destruction and demise; wasteful government research programs; wasteful government pork projects; ethanol subsidies (bad for our cars and drives up the price of corn); subsidies for EVs and other Green Projects (let them stand on their own)
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
never - such closure decisions should be left to individual churches (their leadership and members)
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
c) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
never; such decisions should be left to parents and personal physicians
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
seek out and terminate leaders of Islamic terrorism and followers of Islamic terrorism who wish to kill Americans
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Israel is America's strongest ally in the middle east; the USA should support Israels in all matters
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Build the Wall - stop illegal borders crossings!
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
immigrants who follow US immigration law
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I support allowing individual states to recognize civil unions, but only if done so outside the legal and biblical definition of marriage
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
legally ban CRT from public education; teachers who violate the law are to be given one warning and then lose their teaching license and be fired
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe that God is Sovereign and immutable and that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior; I am a proud and unabashed Christion
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
In Georgia, outlaw drop boxes altogether; strengthen signature verification; strengthen "chain of custody"; strengthen the use of government IDs including changing the GA Drivers License issued to non-citizens making it clear they are non-citizens and are ineligible to vote; conduct a complete forensic audit of 2020 election and publically publish the reults
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
no; the premise is absurd; the term racism is a term currently used to silence people and a different point of view
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy (conservatives are conservationists too; for example, I sponsored legislation in the GA House to force Georgia Power to clean up their toxic coal ash pond water before discharging it into state/public waters
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
only to fulfill those duties specifically enumerated in the US Constitution, leaving all others to the states to provide; for example, provide for the common defense; provide inter-state transportation systems; protect the sovereignty of the United States
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I have a strong and consistent voting record, and I have the professional, community, and life experiences to make me an effective Georgia State Senator with no learning curve; I will work to block CRT from the classroom, remove pron from the shelves of public schools, block sex education being taught to school-age children, strengthen voter integrity laws and work to stem the the growth of GA's large illegal immigrant population, eliminate GA's income tax with Fair Tax
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
add new funds to support LEOs as they deal with the growing mental health problems
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
existing federal law is sufficient; I will fight to block the Federal government's efforts to restrict ownership of firearms (beyond current laws on the books)
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
