Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None. I support Texas's ban on elective abortions under Tex. Health & Safety Code section 170A.002. Even the "exceptions" contemplated here are not actually "abortions" under section 245.002. I am the only candidate in the race with extensive experience litigating, investigating, suing, defending, and appealing on this very issue.

America was founded as and is a Christian nation. All law, public institutions, culture, court rulings, and exercise of political and legal power may rightly reflect and promote Christian truth and morality without necessarily establishing a national church. "Separation of church and state" is a phrase deceptively wielded by secularists who want to kick God out of public life. As Attorney General, I'll ensure people of faith are given the fullest protection of the law.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

It depends. I am skeptical of any government databases. But the scale of Medicaid and Medicare fraud, waste, and abuse--especially from illegal aliens and foreigners--is so shockingly vast, that the government must have tools available to ensure beneficiaries aren't economically abusing and over-burdening the system, and that taxpayer dollars are properly accounted for. As Attorney General, I will play a critical role in upholding the legal integrity of Texas's administration of these programs.

Absolutely not, and racial minorities have already benefited through immoral, illegal, and unjust programs such as affirmative action, DEI departments and policies, and vast governmental benefits given exclusively to groups on the basis of their race. What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The goal of the criminal justice system is to protect law-abiding citizens, punish criminals swiftly and severely, and deter crime. It must uphold law and order, defend victims, back the police, and restore respect for authority. Soft-on-crime liberals have weakened justice. Our system must be tough, consistent, and uncompromising, ensuring that criminals face real consequences while communities and families remain safe, secure, and free from lawlessness.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
No restrictions on gun ownership are needed beyond enforcing existing laws against actual criminals. Law-abiding Americans have an absolute, natural, and God-given right to keep and bear arms to protect themselves, their families, and their property. Public safety comes from responsible gun ownership, education, and self-defense, not from limiting or regulating firearms. As Attorney General, I will view any restrictions on the 2A as presumptively unconstitutional and will litigate accordingly.
