RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

In circumstances related to rape, incest, or threat to the mother.

ECONOMY

Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

To promote education and skilled trades to provide our citizens with the knowledge and skills needed to be competitive in the workforce while restricting illegal immigration. Further, we should limit governmental restrictions on businesses to promote economic growth and tax reduction.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The role in the government should be to support American citizens and their ability to seek the American dream through expanding opportunities for education, employment, financial security, and public health while maintaining the infrastructure to support growth and prosperity.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would reform the insurance industry to reinvest premiums into a system to reduce healthcare cost while promoting free screenings while incentivizing health behaviors and lifestyle promotion of weight reduction, smoking cessation, reduction in alcohol consumption, and exercise. Further, I would reform Medicaid, Medicare, and the Veteran's Health Administration into one system to reduce cost and waste.

NATIONAL SECURITY

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

ABOUT YOU

I voted in these elections:

2012 General Election, 2014 General Election, 2016 General Election, 2018 General Election

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Somewhat Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I believe that we have a responsibility and opportunity to work for what we receive by way of education or trade. I support the 2nd amendment and am pro-life. I believe that people make better decisions with their money than does the government and taxation limits individuals abilities to improve their own life. I believe that a strong country can defend itself with economic stability and a strong military presence. I believe in less government and returning our political power to the people for which it was intended, however, our government has promoted the lack of involvement of our citizens and has devalued the population to remove our national pride and allegience.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am a veteran of the Louisiana National Guard and will receive my fourth and terminal degree in Nursing from Northwestern State University in Shreveport this Fall. I have been an advocate for the citizens of Louisiana through military service and as a nurse and nurse practitioner for 32 years. I have served on a Governor appointed Nursing Board which protects the public and have high standards and ethical training to promote the well being of all citizens.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I consider myself to be a populist. I will represent and defend the rights and freedoms of all people. Not just republicans, democrats, or independents. Not persons by a division of any fragment by nature of their characteristics or economic ability. I am a common man and not a politician and will seek to promote the people's will in the political process to increase and restore the belief that our people of this nation should be the influencing factor to which guides the government and not a chosen few of elitists that dictate and control our rights and freedoms.

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.
