QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape incest or the mothers life

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Except for the three exceptions I listed

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

My mother died a year ago with hospice. It was terrible watching her just lying there. And waiting for her to die so much paying for the family. You feel so helpless and it’s nothing you can do. God bless.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Some of the tax exemptions that are given to businesses that are renewed six years seven years later to a different owner, but it’s the same business need to be looked at

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The pet projects of the legislators should be looked at real hard. We need tax breaks for businesses, but we have to look at, or they doing what they say they are going to do if not, they need to re-pay the taxes

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Agree

Have a lot of people that want to go to college , but cannot afford it there’s grants, scholarships and other forms to help go to college, but still cannot afford it, so any help would be positive

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Neutral

We all should be more religious, but that’s a personal choice

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

I think the government should be out of the churches, unless it’s for public health, but that should still be the churches chores

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

B

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Should never be required to have a vaccination, but if it’s a health concern should not be allowed to come to work Have to take some kind of precaution

NATIONAL SECURITY

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Neutral

I’m neutral, but we need to know who’s coming across the border

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

All people should be able to come into the United States, but we need to know the background why are they coming here?

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

Remember every parent pays taxes so they should have a choice for the kids to go to the school that best fits that Kid

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Neutral

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

I hate setting anyone off in a special category because then people just look at them different. That’s the only object. Remember everybody’s different.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

First and foremost I am a Christian and I believe in the Bible But people have changed and who am I to tell them that a female can’t marry a female or male, cannot marry a male

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My spiritual beliefs are in the Bible I believe in the Bible I trust the Bible, and I know the Bible is the truth but who am I to judge anybody? I am not God they have to have their own beliefs, and they believe their way not my way. That is why I judge no one.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Everybody has an ID so it should never be a problem

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I think they’re good the way they are we have early voting mail in ballots for people over 65 or handicap, and you can go to the poles the day of the election

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, we all need to get along. We all need to be one.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

We have to have environmental laws because of global warming saving the environment, our drinking water, fresh air we have to weigh darts, cause we don’t wanna lose jobs. It’s a fine line.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

They’ve done it up in my area and the experts say it is safe and we need to be in the oil and gas business instead of relying on the foreign countries and if study shows it’s not safe then we need to stop it

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

Should be held responsible for their actions

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

Police need all the help they can get we need to step up to do more for the mental health

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We have the restrictions, but guns or deadly, and people need to know that I need to be educated on gun gun safety

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Neutral

It’s not the gun manufacturers its the people that use the weapons

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Gambling should be limited to existing forms and should not be de-regulated or expanded.

Agree

Gambling is OK but then again, you need to educate the people
