QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In cases such as my sister who was three months pregnant, and her placenta was seperating. She was hemorrhaging and bleeding to death. The doctors told her she was going to die. She had two living children and she choose to live, but she mourned the death of her child. Life of the mother.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?

I believe in taxpayer funded public education umtil 12 grade (with the exception of special eduction students who can be educated longer. I do not believe in tax payer funded college education. Many individuals choose professions that do not require a college degree, we need to support more Career and Technical Education (CTE) choices in Texas public schools.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

The Ten Commandments should not be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.

Strongly Disagree

At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.

Strongly Agree

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

EDUCATION

Every state should mandate K-12 standardized tests and the use of teaching software which aligns with Common Core standards.

Strongly Disagree

Parents are the ultimate authority in their child’s education and should be able to freely pursue whatever educational options they deem best for their child.

Strongly Agree

Before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Ed (CSE) or Social Emotional Learning (SEL), they must opt-in with written parental permission.

Strongly Agree

I support the teaching of curricula (such as the 1619 Project, No Place for Hate, Second Step, etc.) that emphasizes slavery and racism as the foundation of American history.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. Jesus is my Savior and Lord. I base my values on my belief system. I try to live by the Golden Rule, to treat others as I would have them treat me. I believe we should be selfless and servant-leaders.

No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What books have had the most profound impact on your view of life?

The Bible, Mere Christianity, The Light and the Glory, The Count of Monte Cristo, A Christmas Carol, The strong willed Child, Music and the Brain

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am a passionate educator with over 28 years of experience. My specialization is working with students with autism and other special needs. I want the best for all Texas students, I respect parental rights and it is my experience that Texas teachers are hardworking and sacrificial people. When education is done well, it is a beautiful thing! We must, however protect students from indoctrination, and from educators who promote their views instead of respecting the parent's views on politics, religion and morality.

2ND AMENDMENT

Teachers who are licensed to carry should be allowed to carry guns at school.

Choose not to answer

did not answer this question, because I feel a teacher should have to complete a School Marshall or similar training before carrying a gun on campus and a basic conceal and carry license is not sufficient. If the teacher is sufficiently trained and the district allows this, then there could be armed educators on campus.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Do you support mandatory vaccinations for children attending public school?

No, but I support vaccinations as a way of reducing communicable diseases,

I support mask mandates.

Strongly Disagree

I do not "mask shame", If someone chooses to wear a mask that is their choice, if they choose not to wear a mask that is also their choice.
