My round of votes on the Board of Supervisor stands for itself. We worked hard to hold down taxes and budget wisely.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Working in the school system and teaching for 8 years gives me some insight to the educational system. I also served on the board of Supervisors for 8+ years and the for the last 4 years of that time I served as the President on the board. I know what it takes to keep up roads and bridges. I also know how important it is to keep taxes down and balance a budget.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am 61 year old , born and raised in Batesville, MS; where I graduated from South Panola. I have also attended classes at both Northwest Mississippi Community College and Mississippi State University for education. I own and operate a locally and family run landscaping/lawn maintenance company with my son since 1993. While running a successful business I also served 8 years as a Ag instructor in the school system, after that I served two terms on the Board of Supervisors and one of those terms I was voted in as Board President. I worked diligently to serve the people of Panola County during that time with honest hard work and integrity in every vote. I serve as assistant Sunday school teacher and Deacon at my church. I am currently a member of the Panola County Cattleman's Association, the State Cattleman's Association, The American Gelbvieh Association, National Federation of Independent Businessmen and The National Association of Landscape Professionals.
